On 08 August 2026, the workshop “Latest Waterproofing Materials” was held in Ho Chi Minh City — the final stop of Bestmix’s nationwide workshop series. Building on earlier technical sessions, this programme offered a full view of modern waterproofing solutions: from products for everyday site work to higher-spec systems for projects with stricter technical requirements.

From everyday systems to higher-spec solutions
Guests heard how Bestmix’s waterproofing range is specified in practice. The technical session compared BestSeal AC402 Lite, BestSeal AC407 Premier and BestSeal AC409 Performance against EN 14891, adhesion strength and crack-bridging — so the right material can be chosen for each application.

The display featured products used on site, including BestTile CE150 Hi-tech, HardRock 345, BestSeal AC409 Performance, BestLatex R114, BestSeal PU412 and BestGrout CE600 Hi-Strength. A product introduction board also mapped six solution groups: concrete admixtures, waterproofing, floor coatings, mortars, joint sealants & adhesives, and supporting products.

Hands-on application
The highlight was the live demonstration. The technical team mixed material and applied a grey cementitious coating with a roller on sample boards, so guests could watch the process on the spot — before taking it to site.

The workshop series was not only a chance to introduce new solutions, but also to listen to practical feedback from the market. That input helps Bestmix keep improving products and service quality for the construction industry’s increasingly diverse needs. Closing the series in Ho Chi Minh City marks a milestone in sharing knowledge, updating technology and bringing advanced waterproofing solutions to the construction community nationwide.
