Substrate preparation:

• The surface must be properly cleaned, and all dirt, moss, mold, and similar contaminants must be completely removed using appropriate methods. In particular, surfaces contaminated with oil or grease must be thoroughly treated before applying BestTile CE150.

  Pre-wet the surface for at least 5 minutes prior to application.

Mixing:

• Use a clean container with suitable capacity. Pour the required amount of clean water first, then mix using a low-speed mixer (300–400 rpm) while gradually adding BestTile CE150. Continue mixing until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is achieved.

  The typical mixing time is about 5 minutes; however, depending on site conditions, adjust the mixing time as necessary to ensure proper consistency.

Application:

• Use a notched trowel (steel or plastic) with appropriate tooth size to apply BestTile CE150 evenly onto the substrate.

  Tile installation should be carried out from bottom to top and in a horizontal alignment. Use a rubber mallet and suitable tools to adjust tile positioning as required.

  The open time and adjustment time can be up to approximately 30 minutes after mixing, depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and substrate moisture. 

Note:

• The total application and adjustment time must not exceed 60 minutes from the time of mixing.

• Do not add any materials other than water into BestTile CE150.

• Do not use material that has exceeded its allowable working time.

Cleaning: 

• Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use and before the material sets.

Safety:

• BestTile CE150 is non-toxic; however, it may cause irritation to sensitive skin upon prolonged contact. Avoid direct contact and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during application.

  Avoid contact with food and household utensils, and keep out of reach of children.

  In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
