Applications

Application instruction
Surpreparatio nation:
The surface before application must be clean, and free from dirt, mud, grease, moss, and mold,…
Unsure material surface or old coatings, waterproofing materials, etc. must be completely removed by appropriate mechanical means.
Application:
Primer layer: Dilute BesstSeal PU412 with 30%÷ 40% clean water (even stirring) to apply primer layer or using BestBond AC301 ( in condition apply directly on the ceramic surface, glass,…) with the norm: 0.25÷ 0.35 kg/m².
Coating layer: Use a brush, short roller (or pressure sprayer) to apply strongly and evenly BestSeal PU412 on the surface that the primer layer has dried with norm 0.5 ÷ 0.6 kg/m²/layer depending on waterproofing requirement ( minimum 2 coating layers). When applying the second layer, it should be done in the direction diagonal or perpendicular to the first application to minimize the air entraining process between the two layers of material as well as ensure the distribution of the entire covering material surface. A third layer can be applied when waterproofing is required highly.
Notice:
Stir the product well before using it. Should be applied a minimum of 2 layers, and the period between 2 layers from 12 to 48 hours ( depending on environment condition: temperature, humidity, and wind convection, …).
Do not apply in rainy conditions. In case it rains during the application, the construction work should be stopped immediately and promptly to cover the application area from being directly affected by rainwater.
For the surface area frequently affected by mechanical impacts or UV rays, should be coated with a cement-sand mixture of BestLatex R114, BestLatex R126, or BestSeal B12 (after applying the last coat for 72 hours) to protect the BestSeal PU412 layer from damage.
BestSeal PU412 cure by itself, no need water to damp surface after application.
Cleaning:
Cleaning tools, and equipment with clean water after finishing and before the product has been hardened.
Safety:
The product is probably allergic to skin. Should wear gloves, mask, and work safety glasses when applying. In case of contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately by many times of clean water before going to the nearest medical authority to cure on time and right methods.
