Super R7 Original

Used for foundations, floors, ground beams, beams, columns, walls, and thin structural members with dense reinforcement.

Superplasticizing

• Increases slump, workability, and compactness.

• Reduces the risk of segregation.

• Reduces shrinkage and cracking.

• Enhances water resistance.

Rapid strength gain

• Allows early formwork removal.

Dosing

• Super R7 Original can be added directly into the pre-measured water before adding it to the dry concrete mix, or mixed simultaneously with the water when added to the concrete.

• When added directly into concrete that has already been pre-mixed with water, the plasticizing performance will increase markedly.

• The minimum additional mixing time must reach 80 revolutions of the mixing drum.

Note

• When used in excess of the required dosage, workability may increase and the setting time of the concrete may be prolonged.

• If the concrete is cured properly, the final properties and strength of the concrete will not be affected.

• Because the setting time is prolonged, ensure that the concrete is cured properly.

• Do not vibrate or disturb the formwork or the internal reinforcement throughout the concrete setting period.

• Specific mix trials are required to select the optimal dosage for each intended use.

• Use a suitable mixer; manual mixing is not recommended in order to ensure homogeneity.

Safety

• Super R7 Original may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin upon prolonged contact.

• Wear a mask, gloves, and safety goggles when using.

• If the product gets into the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times and go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.

• Avoid contact between the product and food or household items.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Dispose of excess product at locations designated by local regulations.
