Super R7

Consumption: 

• Super R7 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture or mixed together with water when added to concrete.
• When added directly into the wetted concrete (mixed previously with water), plasticizer performance is significantly higher. Mixing time shall be more than 80 cycles of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).

Over consumption:

• It causes longer working time and longer setting time of concrete. However, the suitable curing, concrete’s physical properties, and final strength of concrete do not be influenced. 
• Attention: Do focus on the proper curing method due to retarding time. Do not make a shock form formwork nor inside reinforced steels during curing time.

Caution: 

• Protocol must be done to get optimal consumptione for application individually.
• Use proper mixing machine to get a homonious phase instead of mixing by hand

Health and safety:

• Super R7 could irritate skins when prolonged contact.
• PPEs should be worn during the application product.
• Keep away from children’s hands and casual foods and things. 
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice
  

• Increasing the slumped concrete without increasing the water/ cement ratio. No bleeding cracks during concreting.
• Does not increase the risk of segregation.
• Increasing elasticity of concrete, easy application, easy beam.
• Increasing a closed of concrete, fair-face concrete.

Dosage: 

• Super R7 may be added directly to the pre-measured water before mixing it into the dry concrete mix, or added together with the water when introduced into the concrete.
  
• When added directly into concrete that has already been mixed with water, the plasticizing performance increases markedly, and the additional mixing time must reach at least 80 revolutions of the mixing drum.

Issues from overdosing:

• Using more than the required dosage will increase workability and prolong the setting time of the concrete. However, if the concrete is cured by the proper method, the final properties and strength of the concrete will not be affected.
  
• Note: Because the setting time of the concrete is prolonged, the concrete must be properly cured. Do not disturb the formwork or the internal reinforcement throughout the concrete setting period.

Note: 

• Specific mix-design trials should be carried out to select the optimum dosage for each intended use.
• Use suitable mixing equipment; manual mixing is not recommended in order to ensure uniformity.

Safety:

• Super R7 may cause skin allergies. Avoid prolonged skin contact with the product.
• Personal protective equipment should be worn during use.
  
• Avoid direct contact with food and household items, and keep out of reach of children.
• If the product gets into the eyes or mouth, rinse with clean water and seek the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
