Applications
Construction joint:

Use BKN-90 V in the middle structure.
Formwork positioning: the positioning method allows a half BKN-90 V
projecting hose and the rest will be entombed in concrete. BKN-90 V will be
positioned by formworks.
Constructive reinforcement positioning: Use wire to link with steel bar of
structure to position BKN-90 V not move during the concrete placement.
BKN-90 V does not use to separate the mass concrete.
Expansion joint:

Use BKN-90 O in the middle structure.
BKN-90 O can be positioned by formwork of 2 parts separated. However, when
using BKN-90 O for expansion joint, and construction joint moving, the letter

BKN-90 will promote the features when both sides are deep on concrete, the
concrete placement must comply with the technical requirement to avoid concrete
being void at the joint location.
Concrete aggregate with a grain size suitable aggregate, the slump is not too high
or too low.
During concrete placement must evenly distribute the pressure of 2 sides of BKN90 to avoid BKN-90 being folded back.
Period 2:

Remove formwork carefully around BKN-90, and recheck concrete at the joint
position is void or not, if yes, should be repaired. Clean the dropping concrete on
BKN-90 of period 1. Then pouring concrete for the next.
Solder joint:
Use electric knife welding to weld in the construction site
- Butt weld: Heated together both ends of the weld by electric knife welding until
PVC layer flowing, take knife out and squeeze two joints together, hold until the
joint welding is cool and stick together. Recheck if the joint welding does not
meet, must reweld.
- Lap welding: Heated together both ends of the weld about 5cm when PVC
flowing, take knife out and squeeze two joints together until the lap welding is
cool and stick together.
