SURFACE PREPARATION

• Before application, the surface must be cleaned as required; burrs, dust, moss, and mold must be completely removed by appropriate methods.

• In particular, if the surface is contaminated with oil, lubricant, or grease, it must be thoroughly treated before applying BestTile CE075.

• The surface should be moistened at least 05 minutes before application.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Mixing

Using a clean container of suitable capacity, first add the corresponding amount of mixing water, run the mixer at a speed of 300-400 rpm steadily, and gradually add the required amount of BestTile CE075, mixing until homogeneous.

The usual mixing time is about 05 minutes from the moment BestTile CE075 is added to the water. However, depending on specific conditions, decide the appropriate mixing time to ensure a homogeneous, lump-free mixture.

Application

Use a steel or plastic notched trowel with suitable teeth to spread the BestTile CE075 mixture evenly over the surface area to be tiled.

Tiling is carried out from bottom to top in horizontal rows. Use a rubber mallet and other suitable tools to adjust the tile position as desired.

The allowable working and adjustment time can last up to 30 minutes from the moment BestTile CE075 is mixed with water. However, this depends greatly on the ambient temperature conditions and the surface moisture state.

Note

• Do not add any other material to BestTile CE075 when in use, except mixing water.

• Do not use material that has exceeded the allowable working time.
