BestSeal SS151

BestSeal SS151 is applied for the following items:

Concrete structures for bridges, ports, runways, taxiways, airport parking areas, industrial factory floors, warehouses, garages, parking lots, etc., where high requirements for waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and dust-proofing of concrete surfaces are needed.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, paint layers, old protective coatings, etc. using suitable equipment and tools.

• To facilitate deep penetration, the concrete should be dried to an appropriate moisture content (≤ 8%).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Application:

• Use a roller or low-pressure spray machine to evenly distribute the material onto the concrete surface at the appropriate coverage rate (depending on the concrete surface condition).

• After approximately 30 minutes (when the material begins to form gel), spray a sufficient amount of clean water evenly onto the surface to re-disperse the excess material remaining on the concrete surface (using a brush or floor scrubber with bristle brush). This process may be repeated several times until the material is fully absorbed. Excess material should not remain on the concrete surface.

• Once the surface has dried, water repellency will develop and the material can no longer be re-dispersed with water.

CLEANING:

• Clean application tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use and before the material hardens.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• BestSeal SS151 is an alkaline solution and may cause skin irritation or corrosion (especially for sensitive skin) upon prolonged contact.

• Protective gloves, masks, and safety goggles should be worn when using the product.

• In case of contact with skin, eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before seeking medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility for timely and proper treatment.
