Application instruction
Coating system:
Apply one primer layer of BestPrimer PU40S, BestPrimer PU50S, BestPrimer EP701, BestPrimer EP702, BestPrimer EP703, BestPrimer EP601, BestPrimer EP602, or BestPrimer EP603 then coat two or three layers of BestSeal PU650S followed by the project design.
Surface preparation:
The surface must be flat, sound, and dry ( maximum surface moisture is 4%). All the cracks and defective parts must be repaired by the proper methods. Clear and remove all contaminations, fragile parts, dust, and oil,.. before go to apply BestSeal PU650S.
Application:
Firstly, should lightly mix BestSeal PU650S to reach a homogenous mixture and optimize the air capture in the mixture.
Secondly, use a serrated teeth squeegees or straight squeegees, brush, rulo, or pressure nozzle to apply BestSeal PU650S to entitle the prepared surface. The further layer is applied after at least 18 hours.
If there is high waterproof ability required, recommend applying 3 layers.
If there is a topcoat over the BestSeal PU650S layer, the final layer of BestSeal PU650S should be covered by dry sand ( the aggregate size is 0.4 to 0.8 mm) to sandy the surface (Spread dry sand when the layer of BestSeal PU650S is still wet) to enhance the adhesion ability with topcoat.
For surface contact frequently exposure to UV rays, two layers of BestCoat PU714 should be applied (72 hours after application of the final coat) to protect BestSeal PU650S.
Caution:
The consumption of each layer do not over 1.0kg/m².
If you open the bucket do not save it the next time.
Do not apply under rain or if the surface is water stand.
Cleaning:
Clean tools and equipment by BestThinner SC-01.
Health and safety:
The product may cause an allergic reaction to sensitive skin with prolonged contact. PPEs should be worn when working.
In case of being splashed into the eyes, nose, or mouth... should immediately wash with clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
