BestSeal PU405

BestSeal PU405 is used to waterproof items such as:

• Eaves, terrace, roof, toilet floor, ...

• Swimming pool, water tank, bridge surface, drainage pipe, ...

• Bottom, wall, wall of the basement, concrete structures underground, ...

• Sealing the hole of the tile, concrete cracks, joints, joint brick, ...

• One component, no limited construction time and easy to use, save, no wasted material.

• High adhesion to all material surfaces: Concrete, brick, mortar, plaster, fibro- cement, glass, tile, metal...

• High elasticity should still ensure waterproof ability even though structure concrete appears as tiny cracks due to elasticity of temperature changes.

• Alkaline resistance, water resistance, and endurance well under the weather, especially for UV rays.

• Can be used outdoor, stable quality, long life-span.

• Easy to apply with the available tools: Roller, brush, spray nozzle...

• Using outdoor and indoor

• Non-flammable, odorless, and non-toxic to construction humans and the environment.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Surface concrete should be cleaned, with no dirt, no grease, no moss, and
  no mold ... before applying.

• Uncertainty bonding points or coating, and old waterproofing locations should be removed by appropriate mechanical methods. 

• Surface moisture ≤ 5%

• For surfaces with high water absorption or high moisture content: BestPrimer AC406 should be applied before applying BestSeal PU405

APPLICATION:

• Use a brush or short roller (or a compressor nozzle) to apply strongly and evenly of BestSeal PU405 on the prepared surface.

• The application requirement must ensure to cover the whole waterproofing surface by BestSeal PU405.

• When applying the second layer, should apply a diagonal angle with the first layer to minimize the air entraining process between two layers while application.

Notice:

• Stir product before use..

• Should apply two layers at least, standby time between two layers from 12 – 48 hours.

• Do not apply in rainy weather. In case, it rains while applying, should stop applying and cover all applied locations.

• For surface contact frequently with mechanical impact, a cement-sand mortar coat should be applied (after 72 hours from the appy of the final coat) to protect BestSeal PU405 from mechanical impact damages to the surface structure of the material.

• BestSeal PU405 is self-cure.

CLEANING:

• Clean tools and equipment immediately after applying, before the mixture’s hardening. In the case of hardening, use the right mechanic methods to clean tools.

SAFETY:

• The product can cause an allergic reaction to sensitive skin with long contact. Should wear gloves, masks, and glasses while applying the product. In case of contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth ... should be washed with clean water
  several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and correct adjustment.
