BestSeal JB007
Highly reactive, modified sodium-silicate-based waterproofing
Advantages:
Low viscosity, penetrates quickly and deeply into the material surface.
Forms no film and allows water vapor to pass through, so it does not peel, does not wear away, does not promote moss or mold, and remains durable throughout its service life.
Increases waterproofing capability, increases surface hardness, and provides high abrasion resistance.
Long-lasting reactivity, continuously re-sealing micro-cracks that arise during service.
Does not alter the color, condition, or aesthetic appearance of the material surface.
Simple and easy to apply using readily available tools such as sprayers, rollers, brushes, etc.
Non-toxic to applicators and environmentally friendly.

Highly reactive, modified sodium-silicate-based waterproofing
BestSeal JB007 is a highly reactive, modified sodium-silicate-based inorganic biological waterproofing solution that penetrates and crystallizes within the concrete surface, forms no film, and remains durable throughout the service life of the structure.
In its free state, BestSeal JB007 always exists as high-energy reactive SiO₂ micro-crystals. When sprayed onto a concrete surface (or onto other hydraulic-binder material surfaces), BestSeal JB007 penetrates quickly and deeply into the material through capillaries, voids, and micro-cracks, etc.
When in contact with free Ca(OH)₂ and CaO molecules in a moist environment (H₂O), the high-energy reactive SiO₂ micro-crystals rapidly undergo a hydration reaction to form C-S-H crystals with durable binding properties. The C-S-H crystals formed seal off the capillaries, voids, and micro-cracks within the concrete surface, making the concrete denser and more watertight.
The high-energy reactive SiO₂ micro-crystals of BestSeal JB007 that have not yet reacted remain in the capillaries, voids, and micro-cracks in the form of "spores", and will continue to react when re-exposed to Ca(OH)₂ (formed during the hydrolysis and hydration of cement) and water to form C-S-H crystals.
This process continues throughout the life cycle of the concrete, giving the concrete a "self-healing" capability, making it increasingly hard, more abrasion resistant, and more watertight over time.

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface to be waterproofed must be dry and free from dust, grease, or old waterproofing material layers.
Burrs or poorly bonded patches must be removed using the proper method.
Ideally, the concrete should be cured for at least 28 days and have moisture content as low as possible to allow BestSeal JB007 to penetrate deeply into the concrete surface at the highest possible dosage.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application:
Use a spray bottle, sprayer, brush, roller, etc. to evenly distribute BestSeal JB007 over the entire concrete surface to be waterproofed at an average consumption of 0.2 litre/m².
Depending on the structure of the item, the application conditions, and the available tools, choose the appropriate method.
Use a scrubbing pad (or wire brush) to spread BestSeal JB007 back and forth several times to allow the material to penetrate deeply into the concrete surface.
When BestSeal JB007 begins to coagulate (becomes tacky), spray a moderate amount of clean water onto the material surface and use a scrubbing pad (or wire brush) to scrub back and forth several times to re-disperse the reactive SiO₂ micro-crystals so they re-penetrate deeply into the concrete surface.
Repeat this operation until no coagulated BestSeal JB007 is visible on the concrete surface.
24 hours after the end of the curing process, use a water hose to wash off the excess BestSeal JB007 remaining on the concrete surface.
For old, weathered concrete or cement-poor, low-strength concrete, apply a saturating penetration coat of BestSeal JB006 and let it dry before applying BestSeal JB007 as instructed.
Do not apply BestSeal JB007 in rainy conditions without a cover.
CLEANING:
Clean tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after finishing work and before the material cures.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
BestSeal JB007 is an alkaline solution and may corrode the skin (on sensitive skin) upon prolonged contact.
Wear gloves, a mask, and safety goggles when using the product.
In case of contact with the skin, eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately several times with clean water before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
