Applications
BestSeal EP760 is used as a self-leveling mortar coating, thickness 1,5 ÷ 3,0 mm in following cases:

Application instruction
CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES:
Remove by grinding or chipping all cement dropping or concrete over pours, oil, grease,…
The minimum tensile strength is 1.5 MPa.
PRIMER LAYER:
Use BestBond EP759 as a primer before application of BestSeal EP760 in cases of heavy load-bearing floors or highly porous surfaces.
Pre-coat BestSeal EP760 is needed if the surface is porous, soft, and high water absorbance.
MIXING:
Pour component B into a clean container of appropriate capacity (about 18 ÷ 20 liters). Shake part A well and pour to component B while the paddle is running, continue to pour slowly component C into the A + B mixture and mix until homogeneous (no lumps). Should mix with a slow electric or pneumatic mixer (300 ÷ 400 rpm).
APPLICATION:
Pour the mixed compound on the primer area, by parallel rows with width 200 ÷ 300 mm, use steel trowel or proper tools to distribute material according to the required thickness. Using a notched roller to support the leveling and get rid of air bubbles.
Note: Do not use material is over time to apply. Do not add any other material with BestSeal EP760.
CLEANING:
Use fresh water and soap to wash equipments before and after application, before material gets hardening.
SAFETY:
Three components is non-toxic but should wear gloves, safety glasses and masks while handling the product.
In case of accidental eye or mouth contact, wash with copious quantities of water and seek medical help or consult a doctor immediately.
