SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be waterproofed must be clean, sound, and free from oil, grease, dirt, moss, mold, excess cement, and other contaminants, etc.

Surface defects (cracks, voids, etc.) must be repaired and patched using suitable BestRepair products from Bestmix (consult the technical department).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Mixing:

- The product is pre-mixed; simply stir thoroughly before use.

Application:

- BestSeal AC404 InviPro can be applied with a brush, short-nap roller, or a suitable spray machine.

- To ensure waterproofing performance, BestSeal AC404 InviPro must be applied in at least 2 coats, each perpendicular to the previous one, so that the material completely covers the surface to be waterproofed.

- Do not allow the product to pond on the surface.

Note:

- For highly absorbent surfaces, clean water (up to 10% by weight) may be added to BestSeal AC404 InviPro and stirred thoroughly before application.

- For flat, dense surfaces with medium roughness, dilution is not required, but at least 2 coats of BestSeal AC404 InviPro must be applied after the surface has been cleaned by appropriate methods.

- BestSeal AC404 InviPro can be added directly to water-based paint at a ratio of 15-20% by weight of the paint, to provide decorative and waterproofing coating for wall surfaces.
