Applications
BestSeal A10 is used to waterproof most common construction materials, such as:
Fired-clay products such as roof tiles, decorative bricks, floor tiles (terracotta tiles), flower pots, etc.
Antique-style decorative products made from cement mortar, lightweight concrete, terrazzo, granite cladding, cement render, water-paint walls, brick walls, etc.
Gypsum boards and products made from gypsum.
Sound- and heat-insulation materials, etc., mineral-based, cemboard, etc.

Application instruction
Surface preparation:
The surface to be waterproofed must be dry and clean, free of dust, moss/mold, oil/grease or old material layers with poor adhesion.
Burrs or poorly adhered patches must be completely removed.
Mixing:
The product is pre-mixed; just stir well before use.
Application:
Use a brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer (or directly immerse into the solution) to apply one coat of BestSeal A10. For vertical surfaces (walls), apply from the bottom up so that the material runs down in a stream 200 ÷ 250 mm long. Choose the suitable method depending on the product structure, application conditions and available tools.
Depending on the water absorption (or porosity) of the material to be waterproofed, the soaking time and coverage may vary to achieve the desired penetration depth of BestSeal A10.
Apply BestSeal A10 only once. Preliminary testing must be carried out for each material type to determine the appropriate dosage.
BestSeal A10 reacts and bonds with the compounds on the surface within the pores, capillaries and microcracks of the material, forming a transparent, colorless film with high water repellency on the surface.
BestSeal A10 becomes water-repellent after 12 hours and reaches maximum water repellency when left to dry for 14 days from application.
Notes:
BestSeal A10 should be used on final finished surfaces.
BestSeal A10 may reduce the adhesion of water-based bonding materials applied over it later.
Close the container lid tightly immediately after use.
Diluted solution should be used within 48 hours.
Cleaning:
Clean tools and equipment with clean water and soap immediately after finishing the work.
Safety guidance:
BestSeal A10 is non-flammable and non-explosive. It may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact.
Wear gloves, a mask and safety goggles when applying the product.
If splashed into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
