Applications

Application instruction
Surface preparation
The surface to be repaired must be properly prepared.
Loosely adhered patches or weak concrete must be completely removed using suitable mechanical methods.
Ensure the surface is free from oil, grease, or similar contaminants.
Use a high-pressure water jet to wash away impurities and dust before application.
If the surface is dry, dampen it with clean water.
Application procedure
Dry spraying: Use a specialized spraying machine that mixes the powder with the appropriate amount of water at the spray nozzle.
Wet spraying: Slowly add BestRepair CE650 powder into a pre-measured amount of clean water. The mixing water ratio is 12-14% of the powder weight, equivalent to approximately 3.0-3.5 litres of clean water per 25 kg bag.
Mix using a suitable forced-action mixer at a speed of 300-400 rpm for about 3 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous.
Then feed the mixture into the hopper of the specialized spraying machine.
