BestRepair CE600
One-component, modified cement-polymer repair mortar
Advantages:
One-component, accurately metered and homogeneously prepared at the factory, making it easy to use and minimizing risks during application.
High plasticity, easily adjustable and therefore very easy to apply, significantly saving labor and materials. Non-shrink, minimizing surface cracking during the curing of the material.
Rapid and high strength development, allowing quick return to service.
Enhances abrasion resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and waterproofing for the repaired surface.
Increases the aesthetic value of the structure.
Easy to maintain and does not incur maintenance costs.
Non-toxic, can be used for domestic water tanks.
Chloride-free, preventing corrosion of reinforcing steel.
Suitable for the climatic conditions of Vietnam.

Applications
Used for patching, repairing, and reconstructing to finish the surfaces of bases, floors, walls, ceilings, partitions, etc. that are honeycombed or damaged due to erosion, impact, or mechanical abrasion during use.
Restoring flatness for new surfaces that have not achieved the required flatness or smoothness during construction.
Used for all types of surfaces in areas with moderate and light loads, such as: factory floors, parking lots, swimming pool floors, water tanks, precast components, etc.

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be repaired must be treated as required; adhering patches or weak-strength concrete surfaces must be completely chipped off using suitable mechanical methods.
Ensure the surface is free from oil, grease, or similar materials.
Use a high-pressure water jet to wash off contaminants and dust before application.
If the surface is dry, it must be dampened with clean water.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Mixing
Gradually add BestRepair CE600 powder into a bucket of pre-metered clean water, at a mixing water ratio of 13-15% of the powder weight, approximately 3.25-3.75 litres of clean water per 25 kg. Mix with a forced-action mixer at 300-400 rpm for about 05 minutes until the blend is free of lumps and homogeneous as required.
Application
Use a brush to vigorously apply the BestBond EP752 bonding compound—refer to the product instruction document for BestBond EP752—onto the entire surface prepared as described above.
Apply the BestRepair CE600 mortar, thoroughly mixed with water, onto the surface while the BestBond EP752 bonding layer is still wet, ensuring that the BestRepair CE600 repair mortar covers the surface bonding agent in order to achieve the highest density of the applied mortar layer, and the maximum thickness of the BestRepair CE600 repair mortar layer must not exceed 20 mm.
If the thickness exceeds 20 mm, application must be carried out in multiple layers, and the previous layer must be completely hardened.
Note
For the product to achieve the highest mechanical and physical properties, the product after application must be cured following the proper procedure, the same as other cement-based products.
Minimize moisture loss due to evaporation of the product using available materials such as: wet hessian sheets, plastic covering sheets, or curing compounds BestCure AC015 or BestCure SS015.
