Consumption	To metal and plastic form: 20 – 30 m2 /Liter. To wood form: 10 – 15 m2 / Liter.

Surface cleaning:

The forming surface should be cleaned before applying. Dirt and mud should be washed or cleaned. Grease, oil, or old material should be cleaned with proper solvent when using BestRelease WB502 first.

Application:

Use a brush, roller, or spray nozzle to apply evenly BestRelease WB502 on the forming surface before applying the shaping product
Do not apply surplus BestRelease WB502, to avoid BestRelease WB502 mixing into the shaping material, reducing the quality of the shaping material as well as waste materials.
Protect the newly applied BestRelease WB502 from rain. Once dry, BestRelease WB502 can be affected by the weather, not washed away when it rains.

Cleaning, safety:

Clean equipment and tools with a cloth immediately after application.
Wear gloves, masks, and goggles when using the product. If the product contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, should wash with clean water many times and go to the nearest medical facility for timely and correct treatment.

Storage:

Keep in a cool, dry place. Close the lid tightly when not in use Do not leave the product in the wrong place.

Vệ sinh bề mặt:

Bề mặt khuôn phải được vệ sinh sạch trước khi thi công. Các mảng hồ vữa hoặc bê tông cũ phải được đục bỏ hoàn toàn.
Bụi bẩn, bùn phải được rửa hoặc lau sạch. Dầu, mỡ hoặc các lớp vật liệu cũ phải được rửa sạch bằng các loại dung môi thích hợp khi sử dụng BestRelease WB502 lần đầu.

Sử dụng:

Dùng cọ quét, Ru-lô hay vòi phun để phân bố đều BestRelease WB502 lên bề mặt khuôn trước khi thực hiện công đoạn tạo hình sản phẩm
Không nên quét dư BestRelease WB502, nhằm tránh hiện tượng BestRelease WB502 hoà lẫn vào vật liệu tạo hình, làm giảm chất lượng vật liệu tạo hình cũng như lãng phí vật liệu.
Bảo vệ lớp BestRelease WB502 vừa mới thi công tránh mưa. Khi đã khô BestRelease WB502 có thể chịu ảnh hưởng của thời tiết, không bị trôi mất khi trời mưa.

Vệ sinh, an toàn:

Vệ sinh thiết bị và dụng cụ bằng giẻ lau ngay sau khi thi công.
Mang găng tay, khẩu trang, kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng sản phẩm. Nếu sản phẩm rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, nên rửa bằng nước sạch nhiều lần và đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.

Bảo quản:

Để nơi thoáng mát, khô ráo. Đóng kín nắp khi không sử dụng Không để sản phẩm rơi vãi không đúng nơi quy định
