Applications

Application instruction
Surface preparation:
The mold surface must be cleaned before application.
Patches of old slurry or concrete must be completely chipped off.
Dust and mud must be washed or wiped clean.
Oil, grease or old material layers must be cleaned off with suitable solvents when using BestRelease WB502 for the first time.
Application:
Use a brush, roller or spray gun to distribute BestRelease WB502 evenly onto the mold surface before the product-forming stage.
Notes:
Do not over-apply BestRelease WB502, to avoid it mixing into the molded material, which reduces the molded material's quality and wastes product.
Do not let BestRelease WB502 contact the steel reinforcement of the item to be cast. Protect the freshly applied BestRelease WB502 layer from rain. Once dry, BestRelease WB502 can withstand weather and will not wash off in the rain.
Cleaning:
Clean equipment and tools with a rag immediately after application.
Safety guidance:
The product is mildly alkaline and may cause irritation to sensitive skin. Wear gloves, a mask and safety goggles when using the product.
If the product gets into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with plenty of clean water several times and go to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
