INSTALLATION

Surface preparation:

• The surface must be clean, solid, and free from grease or impurities and the surface must be saturated with water before application. 
  

Mixing:

• Accurately weigh the amount of clean water (ratio of water mixed is 20 ± 1% compared with the weight of powder) into a container with appropriate capacity. Slowly add the powder to the water while the paddle is still rotating (the speed of the paddle is about 300 ÷ 400 rpm) for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes evenly flexible (no lumps). 
• Let the mixture have a short rest for 5 minutes then stir again before application. 
  

Applying:

• Use a trowel, steel scrub, or other suitable tools to plaster the product onto the concrete surface in the repaired position and tighten it repeatedly until it reaches the required level of flatness and aesthetics.
  
• Do not use the product after the application time has expired.
  

Curing:

• Curing procedures should be ensured strictly as other cement-based products. After application, use specialized curing compounds such as BestCure AC015, BestCure SS015 or other appropriate methods as soon as possible to avoid rapid water loss that affects the product quality. 
  

 Cleaning:

• Clean tools and equipment with water before the mixed grout hardens. Once the product has cured, it can only be cleaned with BestClean PA022 specialized cleaning solution or a suitable mechanical method.
  

Safety:

• BestRefit C40 is alkaline like normal cement and can cause skin irritations to persons with sensitive skin. Wear gloves and masks while handling the product.
  
• In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately. 
  

• Safe, non-toxic, non-polluting environment;
• One component (just mixed with water) should be easy to use;
• High compressive strength and bonding strength, good shrinkage compensation, does not cause cracking.
• Does not contain Cl-, does not cause corrosion to reinforcement.
• Minimize the generation of moss, and mold.
• Suitable for hot and humid weather conditions in Vietnam.

THI CÔNG:

Chuẩn bị bề mặt:

• Bề mặt bê tông phải được vệ sinh sạch, không chứa bụi bẩn, rong rêu, nấm mốc, dầu mỡ, các chất bảo dưỡng hoặc các chất phủ kỵ nước.
  Bề mặt phải được làm ẩm bão hòa nước (nhưng không đọng vũng) trước khi thi công BestRefit C40.
  
  

Trộn:

• Cân chính xác lượng nước sạch (tỷ lệ nước trộn là 20 ± 1 % so với trọng lượng bột) vào một thùng sạch có dung tích thích hợp. Cho từ từ lượng bột vào nước trong lúc cánh khuấy vẫn quay đều (tốc độ cánh khuấy khoảng 300 ÷ 400 vòng/phút). Thời gian khuấy khoảng 5 phút cho đến khi hỗn hợp trở nên dẻo đều (không còn vón cục).
• Để hỗn hợp khoảng 5 phút rồi khuấy lại lần nữa trước khi thi công
  

Thi công:

• Sử dụng bay, bàn chà thép hoặc các dụng cụ thích hợp để trát sản phẩm lên bề mặt bê tông tại các vị trí cần sửa chữa và miết chặt qua lại nhiều lần cho đến khi đạt độ phẳng và độ thẩm mỹ theo yêu cầu
  
• Không sử dụng sản phẩm đã hết thời gian cho phép thi công.
  

Bảo dưỡng:

• Sản phẩm sau khi thi công phải được bảo dưỡng đúng cách bằng các hợp chất bảo dưỡng chuyên dụng như BestCure AC015, BestCure SS015 hoặc các phương pháp thích hợp khác càng sớm càng tốt nhằm tránh sự mất nước nhanh làm ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
  

Vệ sinh:

• Vệ sinh các thiết bị, dụng cụ ngay sau khi thi công bằng nước sạch. Khi sản phẩm đã đóng rắn, chỉ có thể vệ sinh bằng dung dịch vệ sinh chuyên dụng BestClean PA022 hoặc các biện pháp cơ học thích hợp.
   
  

An toàn 

• BestRefit C40 không cháy nổ. BestRefit C40 có thể gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu. Nên mang khẩu trang, găng tay, kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng sản phẩm. Trong trường hợp bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng… nên rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
  
• Tránh để sản phẩm tiếp xúc với thực phẩm, vật dụng gia đình. Tránh xa tầm với trẻ em. Đổ bỏ sản phẩm đúng nơi quy định của cơ quan quản lý, bảo vệ môi trường địa phương.
