BestProtect EP712 has low viscosity and high penetration capability, making it suitable for forming protective and anti-corrosion coatings on steel, wood, as well as concrete and mortar substrates.
Structures frequently exposed to aggressive environments, seawater, chemical corrosion or mechanical abrasion should be coated with BestProtect EP712 before being put into service.

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The substrate must meet the minimum strength requirements (compressive strength ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1.5 MPa).
The surface must be clean and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants. No standing water is allowed, and surface moisture must not exceed 16%.
The substrate should be well-ventilated during application.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Coating system:
For porous or pitted surfaces, repair with BestBond or BestRepair before applying BestSeal EP627.
For highly absorbent, weak or porous substrates, apply a minimum of 3 coats of BestSeal EP627 or until full saturation is achieved without ponding.
For smooth, dense surfaces with moderate roughness, apply a minimum of 2 coats of BestSeal EP627.
Mixing:
Add component B into component A according to the specified ratio. Use an electric mixer or suitable mixing equipment (300–400 rpm) to mix for approximately 3 minutes or longer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Application:
Can be applied using a brush, short-nap roller, or spray equipment.
Notes:
Do not use material that has exceeded its pot life.
CLEANING:
Use clean water and soap to clean tools immediately after use and before the material begins to cure. Rinse again with clean water.
SAFETY:
Both components are non-hazardous and non-flammable but may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin. Protective gloves, masks, and safety goggles are recommended during application.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility.
