BestProtect CE500

Surface preparation:

• Surface treatment properly, drops or low strength surface must be removed.
• Avoid spreading grease, and oil,... Use a high compressor head to clean the surface before constructing.
• If the surface is dry, must be wet with fresh water.
  

Mixing:

• Pour slowly BestProtect CE500 into fresh water with a water mixing ratio of about 19-21% compared with the weight of powder, about 4.75-5.25 liter fresh water for 25 kg, continuously stir well with the speed of mixer 400 circles/mins( do not stir with the higher speed to avoid entrain air) during 5 minutes until material is homogenous and not clumping.
• Wait 05 minutes and mix again before construction.
  

 Applying:

• Use to connect: Use a brush strongly sweep BestProtect CE500 up to the entire prepared surface with a dosage of 1.5 kg/m2/layer. Repairing the BestRepair layer or pouring new concrete when the BestProtect CE500 layer is still wet. If Layer BestProtect CE500 has dried, re-apply other layers before applying to the next step.
• Use to the core of protection: Use a brush strongly sweep of BestProtect CE500 on the entire surface of the reinforcement to be cleaned with a rate of 1.5 kg / m2 / layer. Minimum 2 exam layers, the next layer after the first layer about 4-6 hours.
  

Curing:

• Curing regular requirements as other cement base products. Reduce free of bleed water by covering wet sackcloth, plastic cover or cure compound BestCure AC015 or BestCure SS015.
  

Cleaning and safety:

• Clean equipment immediately after construction.
• BestProtect CE500 is an alkali material, should wear gloves, masks, and glasses while handling the product.
• In case of accidental contact with the eye, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
  

• One component, quantitative accuracy, homogenous and available in the factory, is easy to use (just add water and mix well) to minimize risks during construction.
• High flexibility, adjust easily since saving labor, materials, and construction easily. Non-shrinkage, reduces the cracking surface during construction.
• Rapid and high strength development, carry out to use construction quickly.
• Improve abrasion resistance, chemical attachment resistance, and waterproof for surface repair.
• Cure easily.
• Non-poisonous, can use for utility and potable water tanks.
• Non-chloride to corrode carcass.
• Fitted with the Vietnamese climate.

Vệ sinh bề mặt:

• Bề mặt cốt thép phải được xử lý đúng yêu cầu, các mảng xi măng, vữa, rỉ sét, tạp chất... bám dính phải đục bỏ hoàn toàn bằng các biện pháp cơ học thích hợp.
• Đảm bảo bề mặt không bị nhiễm dầu, mỡ hoặc các vật liệu tương tự. Dùng vòi nước áp lực cao để rửa sạch các tạp chất, bụi bẩn trước khi thi công.
• Nếu bề mặt bị khô phải làm ẩm bằng nước sạch.
  

Trộn:

• Cho bột BestProtect CE500 từ từ vào thùng nước sạch đã được định lượng trước (tỷ lệ nước trộn là 19-21% so với trọng lượng bột, khoảng 4.75-5.25 lít nước sạch cho 25 kg) liên tục khuấy đều với cần trộn điện (hoặc khí nén) với tốc độ tối đa 400 vòng/phút (không nên khuấy với tốc độ cao hơn để tránh sự xâm nhập của bọt khí) trong thời gian khoảng 05 phút cho đến khi hỗn hợp không còn vón cục và đồng nhất theo yêu cầu.
• Để vật liệu khoảng 05 phút và trộn lại trước khi thi công.
  

 Thi công:

• Dùng để kết nối: Dùng chổi quét mạnh tay BestProtect CE500 lên toàn bộ bề mặt đã được chuẩn bị như ở phần trên với định mức khoảng 1.5 kg/m2/lớp. Thi công lớp vữa sửa chữa BestRepair hoặc đổ bê tông mới khi lớp BestProtect CE500 còn ướt.
• Dùng để bảo vệ cốt thép: Dùng chổi quét mạnh tay BestProtect CE500 lên toàn bộ bề mặt cốt thép đã làm sạch với định mức khoảng 2.0 kg/m2/lớp. Thi công tối thiểu 2 lớp, thi công lớp tiếp theo sau lớp trước đã khô. Chờ vật liệu khô hoàn toàn trước khi thi công lớp vữa sữa chữa hoặc đổ bê tông.
  

Bảo dưỡng:

• Để sản phẩm đạt được các tính năng cơ lý cao nhất, sản phẩm sau khi thi công cần được bảo dưỡng đúng quy trình giống như các sản phẩm có  nguồn gốc xi măng khác. Hạn chế tối đa sự mất nước do bốc hơi của sản phẩm bằng các vật liệu sẵn có như: bao bố tẩm nước, các loại tấm phủ plastic hoặc hợp chất bảo dưỡng BestCure AC015 hoặc BestSeal SS015.
  

Vệ sinh, an toàn:

• Vệ sinh thiết bị và dụng cụ bằng nước sạch ngay sau khi thi công.
• BestProtect CE500 có tính kiềm. Không nên để da tiếp xúc lâu với sản phẩm.
• Nếu sản phẩm rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, nên rửa bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
