Applications
BestPrimer EP603 is used in special cases such as damp areas, newly cast concrete (after 24 hours), or surfaces contaminated with oil and grease where drying is not feasible, moisture cannot be effectively controlled, or oil contamination cannot be removed - such as basement slabs and walls, water tanks, swimming pools, existing industrial floors, warehouses, garages, etc.

CHUẨN BỊ BỀ MẶT:
Bề mặt phải đạt cường độ tối thiểu (cường độ nén: ≥ 20 MPa, cường độ kéo: ≥ 1.5 MPa).
Bề mặt nền phải bằng phẳng, đặc chắc, không có nước tự do bề mặt, các khu vực đọng nước phải được lau khô bằng giẻ sạch. Các tạp chất, mảnh vỡ, bụi bẩn, dầu mỡ, rong rêu, nấm mốc... phải được vệ sinh đúng yêu cầu.
QUY TRÌNH THI CÔNG:
Hệ thống phủ sàn:
Đối với bề mặt hấp thụ mạnh và bở: nên lót tối thiểu 2 lớp.
Đối với bề mặt đặc chắc và có độ nhám trung bình: chỉ cần lót 1 lớp
Đối với bề mặt đã xoa bóng: nên xử lý bề mặt bằng BestCorros và rửa sạch bằng nước trước khi ứng dụng BestPrimer EP703.
Trộn:
Trước khi thi công, hai thành phần A và B phải được trộn kỹ theo đúng tỷ lệ bằng cần trộn tốc độ 300 ÷ 400 vòng/phút.
Thời gian trộn tối thiểu là 03 phút nhưng có thể trộn lâu hơn cho đến khi đạt được độ đồng nhất đúng yêu cầu (hỗn hợp trở nên trong suốt). Thi công vật liệu ngay sau khi trộn đều.
Thi công:
Dùng cọ quét lông cứng hoặc ru-lô lông ngắn quét mạnh tay hỗn hợp BestPrimer EP703 lên toàn bộ bề mặt với định mức 0.15 ÷ 0.25 kg/m/lớp tùy theo điều kiện bề mặt. Lớp lót thứ hai phải thực hiện theo hướng vuông góc với lớp lót thứ nhất. Khi thi công lớp kế tiếp, phải đảm bảo lớp trước đã khô hoàn toàn.
Lưu ý:
Khu vực thi công phải đảm bảo thông thoáng gió, tránh mưa và ánh nắng chiếu trực tiếp khi vật liệu chưa đóng rắn hoàn toàn.Không được sử dụng phần vật liệu đã hết thời gian cho phép thi công.
VỆ SINH:
Dùng BestThinner SC01 để vệ sinh trước khi hỗn hợp đóng rắn.
AN TOÀN:
Cả hai thành phần không nguy hiểm nhưng dễ cháy (đặc biệt là thành phần B), có khả năng gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm. Khi thi công nên mang găng tay, khẩu trang, kính bảo hộ lao động. Khi bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
