  • BestGrout E60 is a non-shrink, high-strength, low-viscosity, three-component, solvent-free epoxy-based grout.

  • BestGrout E60 is a combination of pure epoxy resin, specialized additives, and specially selected silicate minerals. In use, simply mix the components evenly at the predetermined ratio; no further preparation is required.

Appearance:

  • Component A: Epoxy resin, transparent.

  • Component B: Amine hardener, light yellow to light brown.

  • Component C: Selected mineral aggregate, specialized additives.

Density:

2.10 ± 0.02 kg/litre (25°C).

Mixing ratio:

A/B/C = 2.5/1.0/17.5 (by weight).

Consumption:

2.1 kg per 1 litre of grout.

Packaging:

32.5 kg/set (# 15.50 litres/set).

Storage:

Cool, dry place, ambient temperature 5°C - 35°C.

Shelf life:

12 months from the date of manufacture.

Applications

Used in cases subject to heavy loads such as:

  • Repairing concrete surfaces and filling voids.

  • Filling joints and bearing supports in precast and prefabricated concrete components, etc.

  • Positioning machine foundation anchor bolts, rail beds, filling column base plates, etc.

  • When pigmented, BestGrout E60 is used as a finishing coat for floor surfaces for load-bearing, chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and mechanical impact-resistant purposes, etc.
