Preparation surface:

• The surface before application must be cleaned properly. Dirt, moss, mold, etc. must be completely removed by appropriate methods.

• If contaminated with oil or grease, it must be thoroughly treated with appropriate methods before application.

• Moisten the surface for at least 5 minutes but do not leave excess surface water.

Mixing:

• Pour BestJoint CE200 slowly into fresh water basin, and mix at the speed of a mixer 300 ÷ 400 circles/mins, until the material becomes a homogenous mixture. The mixing time at least 05 minutes from the time pouring BestJoint CE200 into water.

Application:

• Use proper tools such as a plastic trowel,…to fulfill BestJoint CE200 compound on whole areas or crack treated. Use a small trowel to pack and smooth the surface. Then 10 minutes, before material setting, use a wiper to clean the over material on the surface. Allowing application time is 60 minutes from mixing

• Note: Do not add any material into BestJoint CE200, besides water. Do not use the product compound is overtime.

Cure:

• Cure BestJoint CE200 same as cure other products of the cement base. The surface should be moisture in the right way during the first 07 days after application.

Cleaning:

• Use fresh water and soap to wash equipment before and after application, before the material gets hardening

Safety:

• BestJoint CE200 is non-toxic but gloves, glasses, and masks should be worn while handling the product. In case of accidental eye or mouth contact, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice or consult a doctor immediately.
