Application instruction

Surface preparation:

  • The concrete surface must be cleaned free of impurities such as dust, oil, grease, paint layers and old protective coatings, etc. using suitable equipment and tools.

  • To allow the material to penetrate deeply, the concrete should be dried to a suitable moisture level (≤ 8%).

Application procedure:

  • Use a roller or a low-pressure sprayer to distribute the material evenly onto the concrete surface at a suitable rate (depending on the concrete surface condition). After about 30 minutes (when the material begins to gel), use a clean-water sprayer to evenly apply just enough water to re-disperse (using a broom or a brush floor scrubber) the material remaining on the concrete surface.

  • When the surface begins to dry again, rinse with a water sprayer and dry with a cloth or a wet vacuum.

  • When surface polishing is required, use the BestSlick G85 polishing compound to enhance the aesthetics of the concrete surface.

Cleaning:

  • Clean equipment and tools with clean water immediately after application and before the material cures.

Safety guidance:

  • The product is alkaline and may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact. Wear gloves, a mask and safety goggles during application.

  • If splashed into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
