Application instruction
Surface preparation:
The concrete surface must be cleaned free of impurities such as dust, oil, grease, paint layers and old protective coatings, etc. using suitable equipment and tools.
To allow the material to penetrate deeply, the concrete should be dried to a suitable moisture level (≤ 8%).
Application procedure:
Use a roller or a low-pressure sprayer to distribute the material evenly onto the concrete surface at a suitable rate (depending on the concrete surface condition). After about 30 minutes (when the material begins to gel), use a clean-water sprayer to evenly apply just enough water to re-disperse (using a broom or a brush floor scrubber) the material remaining on the concrete surface.
When the surface begins to dry again, rinse with a water sprayer and dry with a cloth or a wet vacuum.
When surface polishing is required, use the BestSlick G85 polishing compound to enhance the aesthetics of the concrete surface.
Cleaning:
Clean equipment and tools with clean water immediately after application and before the material cures.
Safety guidance:
The product is alkaline and may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact. Wear gloves, a mask and safety goggles during application.
If splashed into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
