Suitable for applications subjected to heavy loads such as:

• Repairing concrete surfaces and filling voids.

• Grouting joints and bearings in precast and prefabricated concrete elements.

• Anchoring foundation bolts, rail base plates, and column base plates.

• When pigmented, BestGrout EP755 can be used as a floor surface finishing coating for load-bearing, chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and impact-resistant purposes.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• The substrate surface must be sound and dry (moisture content not exceeding 4%).

• All oil stains, dust, rust, laitance, spilled cement mortar, and other contaminants must be completely removed.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Preparation:

• Any gaps or holes that may cause leakage must be properly sealed with suitable materials.

• Where formwork or molds are required, the surfaces in direct contact with the material must be isolated using PE film or suitable release agents to facilitate easy formwork removal afterward.

Mixing:

• Before application, Components A and B must first be thoroughly mixed together. Then add Component C according to the specified ratio while mixing with a mixer operating at 300 ÷ 400 rpm.

• Mix for approximately 3 minutes or longer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

APPLICATION:

• After mixing, gently stir the mixture with a steel trowel for a few seconds to release trapped air bubbles.

• Then immediately pour the mixture continuously into the prepared area to maintain sufficient pressure and avoid air entrapment within the material.

• The material is self-curing within 07 days at normal temperatures (20 ÷ 40°C). When the ambient temperature is below 10°C, the curing time will increase. In cases where early service is required, hot air heating should be applied to increase the temperature.

Note:

• Do not use material that has exceeded its allowable working time.

CLEANING:

• Use a dry cloth to wipe tools and equipment clean, then wash with BestCleaner SB001 or a suitable solvent before the mixture begins to harden.

• Once hardened, cleaning must be carried out using appropriate mechanical methods.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• All three components are non-hazardous and non-flammable.

• The product may cause allergic reactions to sensitive skin after prolonged contact. Protective gloves, masks, and safety goggles are recommended during use.

• In case of contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before seeking medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility for timely and proper treatment.
