Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The substrate surface must be sound and dry (moisture content not exceeding 4%).
All oil stains, dust, rust, laitance, spilled cement mortar, and other contaminants must be completely removed.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Preparation before application:
Any gaps or holes that may cause leakage must be properly sealed with suitable materials.
Where formwork or molds are required, the surfaces in direct contact with the material must be isolated using PE film or suitable release agents to facilitate easy formwork removal afterward.
Mixing:
Before application, Components A and B must first be thoroughly mixed together. Then add Component C according to the specified ratio while mixing with a mixer operating at 300 ÷ 400 rpm.
Mix for approximately 3 minutes or longer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Application:
After mixing, gently stir the mixture with a steel trowel for a few seconds to release trapped air bubbles.
Then immediately pour the mixture continuously into the prepared area to maintain sufficient pressure and avoid air entrapment within the material.
Notes:
Do not use material that has exceeded its allowable working time.
CLEANING:
Use a dry cloth to wipe tools and equipment clean, then wash with BestCleaner SB001 before the mixture begins to harden.
Once hardened, cleaning must be carried out using appropriate mechanical methods.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
All three components are non-hazardous and non-flammable. However, minimum safety precautions must still be observed during product use.
This product may cause allergic reactions in sensitive skin with prolonged contact. Wear a mask, gloves, and safety glasses when using the product.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately with plenty of clean water before seeking immediate medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility for proper treatment.
