Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate must be sound, dry, with moisture content not exceeding 4%. Oil, grease, dust, dirt, rust, burrs, and spilled cement mortar must be completely removed.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Preparation for application
Gaps or holes with potential for leakage must be sealed tightly with suitable materials.
Where formwork or shuttering must be used, the surfaces in direct contact with the material must be isolated with a PE plastic layer or a suitable release agent to facilitate later removal of the formwork.
Mixing
Before application, Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed, then Component C is added at the correct ratio using a mixer at 300-400 rpm. The mixing time is about 3 minutes or longer until homogeneous.
Application
After thorough mixing, use a steel trowel to stir gently for a few seconds to release air bubbles. Then, the mixture is poured immediately and continuously into the prepared location to maintain the necessary pressure and avoid air entrapment in the mixture.
Note
Do not use material that has exceeded the allowable working time.
