Applications
Used in heavy load-bearing applications such as:
Repairing concrete surfaces and filling voids.
Filling joints and bearings in assembled and precast concrete components, etc.
Anchoring machine-foundation bolts, rail bases, filling under column base plates, etc.
When tinted, BestGrout E100 is used as a finishing floor coating for load-bearing, chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant and mechanical-impact-resistant purposes, etc.

Application instruction
Surface preparation:
The substrate must be dense, solid and dry (moisture no more than 4%). Oil, grease, dust, rust, burrs, spilled cement mortar, etc. must be completely removed.
Pre-application preparation:
Gaps or holes that may leak must be sealed with suitable materials.
Where formwork or molds are used, the surfaces in direct contact with the material must be isolated with a PE plastic film or a suitable mold-release compound to facilitate later removal of the formwork.
Mixing:
Before application, components A and B must be mixed thoroughly, then component C is added at the correct ratio using a mixer at 300 ÷ 400 rpm. Mixing time is about 3 minutes or longer until homogeneous.
Application:
After mixing evenly, use a steel trowel to stir gently for a few seconds to release air bubbles. Then pour the mixture immediately and continuously into the prepared location to maintain the pressure needed to avoid air entrapment in the mixture.
Note: Do not use material that has exceeded the allowable working time.
Cleaning:
Wipe tools and equipment clean with a dry cloth and rinse with BestCleaner SB001 or a suitable solvent before the mixture starts to cure. Once cured, clean by mechanical means.
Safety guidance:
All three components are non-hazardous and non-flammable.
The product may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact. Wear a mask, gloves and safety goggles when using the product.
If splashed into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
