Applications
Dispensing:
- BestFlow R342 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture or separately to the freshly mixed concrete.
- When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of BestFlow R342 will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 80 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).
- Possible to combine with other concrete admixtures but must be quantified and put into
concrete separately for each type. Must be conducted a trial in actual conditions on site
before use.
Overdosing:
- When overdosed, its flowability will be increased (might be segregated to concrete mix), and setting time will be extended depending on the cement content and temperature. However, if proper curing must be ensured the physical performance of concrete and final strength will be not impaired.
- Notes:
Due to the extension of setting and hardening time the curing must be done properly. Don’t impact
the steel reinforcement or framework during a set time of the concrete mixture.
Notice:
- Specific pre-mix testing is required for each use.
- Use mixers suitable for different types of mortar. The mortar should not be mixed by hand
to ensure uniformity of the mixture.

- It is possible to request a consultation for each specific use from the company's technical staff when required.

- BestFlow R342 is non-flammable. PPEs must be worn when applying.
- BestFlow R342 could have an allergy to sensitive skin if they contact for a long time.
- If eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and go to medical attention immediately.
- Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Keep out of reach of the children.

Có thể cho BestFlow R342 trực tiếp vào nước đã định lượng trước khi cho vào hỗn hợp bê tông khô, hoặc trộn đồng thời với nước khi cho vào bê tông.
Để đạt hiệu quả giảm nước tối ưu, thời gian trộn thêm tối thiểu phải đạt 80 vòng quay của bồn hoặc cánh trộn.
Có thể sử dụng kết hợp với các loại phụ gia chuyên dụng khác, nhưng phải định lượng và cho vào bê tông riêng lẻ cho từng loại.
Cần thử nghiệm trong điều kiện thực tế trước khi sử dụng.
