BestFlow R339

Dispensing: 

• BestFlow R339 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture or separately to the freshly mixed concrete. 
• When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of BestFlow R339 will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 80 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).
• Possible to combine with other concrete admixtures but must be quantified and put into concrete separately for each type. Must be conducted a trial in actual conditions on site before use.
  

Overdosing:

• When overdosed, its flowability will be increased (might be segregated to concrete mix), and setting time will be extended depending on the cement content and temperature. However, if proper curing must be ensured the physical performance of concrete and final strength will be not impaired.
• Notes: Due to the extension of setting and hardening time the curing must be done properly. Don’t impact the steel reinforcement or framework during a set time of the concrete mixture.
  

Notice: 

• Specific pre-mix testing is required for each use. 
• Use mixers suitable for different types of mortar. The mortar should not be mixed by hand to ensure uniformity of the mixture.

• It is possible to request a consultation for each specific use from the company's technical staff when required. 

Health and Safety information: 

• BestFlow R339 is non-flammable. PPEs must be worn when applying.
• BestFlow R339 could have an allergy to sensitive skin if they contact for a long time.
• If eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and go to medical attention immediately. 
• Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Keep out of reach of the children.
  

• Substantial improvement in flowability of concrete without increased water/cement ratio.
• Long slump retention (≥ 4 hours).
• Avoidance the risk of segregation of concrete mix in place.

Định lượng

• Có thể cho BestFlow R339 trực tiếp vào nước đã định lượng trước khi cho vào hỗn hợp bê tông khô, hoặc trộn đồng thời với nước khi cho vào bê tông.

• Để đạt hiệu quả giảm nước tối ưu, thời gian trộn thêm tối thiểu phải đạt 80 vòng quay của bồn hoặc cánh trộn.

• Có thể sử dụng kết hợp với các loại phụ gia chuyên dụng khác, nhưng phải định lượng và cho vào bê tông riêng lẻ cho từng loại.

• Cần thử nghiệm trong điều kiện thực tế trước khi sử dụng.

Sự cố khi sử dụng quá liều

• Khi sử dụng quá liều lượng cần thiết, độ linh động của bê tông có thể tăng đáng kể, có khi dẫn đến phân tầng và kéo dài thời gian ninh kết, đóng rắn.

• Nếu bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng phương pháp, các tính năng cơ lý và cường độ chịu nén cuối cùng không bị ảnh hưởng.

• Do thời gian ninh kết và đóng rắn bị kéo dài, cần đảm bảo bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng cách.

• Không làm chấn động cốt thép bên trong hoặc cốp-pha trong suốt quá trình bê tông chưa đóng rắn.

Chú ý

• Cần thử nghiệm trước cấp phối cụ thể cho từng mục đích sử dụng.

• Sử dụng máy trộn phù hợp cho từng loại bê tông.

• Không nên trộn bê tông bằng tay để đảm bảo độ đồng nhất của hỗn hợp.

• Có thể yêu cầu cán bộ kỹ thuật của công ty tư vấn cấp phối cho từng mục đích sử dụng cụ thể.

An toàn

• BestFlow R339 không cháy nổ.

• Sản phẩm có thể gây dị ứng đối với da nhạy cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu.

• Nên mang khẩu trang, găng tay và kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng.

• Nếu sản phẩm rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, cần rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần và đến cơ sở y tế gần nhất để được xử lý kịp thời.

• Tránh để sản phẩm tiếp xúc trực tiếp với thực phẩm, vật dụng gia đình.

• Tránh xa tầm với trẻ em.

• Đổ bỏ sản phẩm đúng nơi quy định của cơ quan quản lý và bảo vệ môi trường địa phương.
