BestFlow R322

• ​BestFlow R322 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture or separately to the freshly mixed concrete. 
• When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of BestFlow R322 will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 80 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad). 
• Possible to combine with other concrete admixtures but must be quantified and put into concrete separately for each type. Must be conducted a trial in actual conditions on site before use.

Overconsumption :

• When overconsumption, its mobility will be increased (which might lead to bleeding), and the setting time will be extended. However, if a proper maintenance process must be ensured the physical performance of concrete and final strength will be not impacted.
  
• Note: Due to the extension of setting and hardening time the curing must be done properly. Don’t impact the steel reinforcement or framework during a set time of the concrete mix.
  

Cautions:

• Must be conducted a trial of concrete mix design in the Lab before use depending on the purposes. 
• Use the appropriate mixer and don’t mix by hand to ensure the consistency of concrete.

Health and Safety:

• BestFlow R322 is non-flammable. It could make an allergy to sensitive skin if the contact is in prolonging the time. Should wear labor protection when applying. 
• If eyes or mouth are affected wash with plenty of water and obtain medical attention immediately.
• Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Keep out of reach of the children.
  

• Increases concrete mobility (slump) without increasing the water/cement ratio.
• Does not increase the risk of segregation (separation of water) during concreting.
• Increase the plasticity of concrete, easy to construct, and easy to compact...
• Increase the density of concrete, increase the waterproofing ability, and improve the concrete surface quality.
• Minimize shrinkage, and cracking of the concrete surface.

• Có thể cho BestFlow R322 trực tiếp vào nước đã được định lượng trước khi cho vào hỗn hợp bê tông khô hoặc trộn đồng thời với nước khi cho vào bê tông.
  
• Khi cho trực tiếp vào bê tông ướt (đã trộn trước với nước) khả năng hoá dẻo của BestFlow R322 sẽ tăng cao rõ rệt và thời gian trộn thêm tối thiểu phải đạt 80 vòng quay của bồn (hoặc cánh trộn).
  
• Có thể sử dụng kết hợp với các loại phụ gia chuyên dụng khác nhưng phải được định lượng và cho vào bê tông một cách riêng lẻ cho từng loại. Cần tiến hành thử nghiệm ở điều kiện thực tế trước khi sử dụng.
  

Sự cố khi sử dụng quá liều:

• Khi sử dụng quá liều lượng cần thiết sẽ dẫn đến việc gia tăng đáng kể độ linh động (có khi dẫn đến hiện tượng phân tầng) và có thể kéo dài thời gian ninh kết, đóng rắn của bê tông. Tuy nhiên, nếu bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng phương pháp thì các tính năng cơ lý cũng như cường độ chịu 
  nén cuối cùng của bê tông sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng. 
  
• Chú ý: Vì thời gian ninh kết, đóng rắn của bê tông bị kéo dài nên phải đảm bảo bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng cách, không được làm chấn động cốt thép bên trong hoặc cốp-pha trong suốt quá trình bê tông chưa đóng rắn. 
  

Chú ý:

• Cần tiến hành thử nghiệm trước cấp phối cụ thể cho từng mục đích sử dụng.
• Sử dụng các loại máy trộn thích hợp cho từng loại bê tông. Không nên trộn bê tông bằng tay nhằm đảm bảo độ đồng nhất của hỗn hợp.

Cấp phối tham khảo:

• Có thể yêu cầu tham vấn cấp phối cho từng mục đích sử dụng cụ thể từ cán bộ kỹ thuật của công ty khi có nhu cầu. 
  

An toàn:

• BestFlow R322 không cháy nổ. BestFlow R322 có thể gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu. Nên mang khẩu trang, găng tay, kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng sản phẩm.
  
• Trong trường hợp bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng… nên rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
• Tránh để sản phẩm tiếp xúc trực tiếp với thực phẩm, vật dụng gia đình, tránh xa tầm với trẻ em.
