BestFlow A325

Dispensing:

• BestFlow A325 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture.
• When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of the product will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 120 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).

Overdosing: 

• When overdosed, it is the setting time may be extended. However, if proper curing must be ensured the physical performance of the finished product and final strength will be not impaired. 

Caution:

• Specific pre-mix testing is required for each use. 
• Use mixers suitable for different types of mortar. The mortar should not be mixed by hand to ensure uniformity of the mixture. 

Health and safety information: 

• BestFlow A325 could have an allergy to sensitive skin if the contact for a long time. 
• Should wear labor protection when the application.
• If eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and go to medical attention immediately.
• Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils.
• Keep out of reach of the children.
• The disposal of products should comply with the local requirements on the environment.

• Strong flow concrete with extremely low water/cement ratio.
• Self-compacting, easy to apply.

• Significantly reduce shrinkage and cracking of concrete.
• Increased waterproofing for concrete.
• Suitable for climate conditions in Vietnam.

• Does not contain chloride, so it can be used without restriction for reinforced concrete structures.

Thi công:

• Có thể cho BestFlow A325 trực tiếp vào nước (đã được định lượng trước) trước khi cho vào hỗn hợp bê tông khô hoặc trộn đồng thời với nước khi cho vào bê tông.
  
• Khi cho trực tiếp vào bê tông ướt (đã trộn trước với nước), hiệu năng hóa dẻo sẽ tăng cao rõ rệt và thời gian trộn thêm tối thiểu phải đạt 120 vòng quay của bồn trộn hoặc cánh khuấy. Nên trộn hỗn hợp bê tông trong các máy trộn cưỡng bức.

Sử dụng quá  liều:

• Khi dùng quá liều lượng cần thiết có thể dẫn đến việc gia tăng hiện tượng tách nước và phân tầng 
  mạnh mẽ, thời gian ninh kết của bê tông có thể kéo dài (tùy thuộc vào mức độ quá liều, loại xi măng, 
  cấp phối...). Tuy nhiên, nếu bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng phương pháp thì các tính năng cơ lý của 
  bê tông sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng.

Chú ý:

• Thử nghiệm liệu lượng cho từng trường hợp ứng dụng cụ thể.
• Vì thời gian ninh kết của bê tông có thể bị kéo dài nên phải bảo đảm bê tông được bảo dưỡng đúng phương pháp, không làm chấn động cốp-pha, cốt thép trong suốt thời gian bê tông chưa ninh kết.
  

An toàn:

• BestFlow A325 có thể gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu.
• Nên trang bị bảo hộ lao động khi sử dụng sản phẩm.
  
• TNếu sản phẩm bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, nên rửa bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
  
• Tránh tiếp xúc trực tiếp với thực phẩm, vật dụng sinh hoạt gia đình.
• Tránh xa tầm với trẻ em.
  
• Đổ bỏ sản phẩm thải theo quy định địa phương.
