BestFloor AC350
Self-leveling mortar, polymer-cement based, two components.
Advantages:
The components are precisely pre-batched and homogenized at the factory, so they are easy to use and minimize risks during application.
Good flowability and high self-leveling ability, making it very easy to apply.
Limits shrinkage and surface cracking during curing.
Fast, high strength development, putting the structure into use sooner.
Enhances abrasion, oil, stain, moisture and water resistance of the floor surface.
Increases the aesthetic value of the structure.
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, contains no chloride (Cl) that corrodes reinforcement.
Suitable for Vietnam's climate conditions.

Applications
BestFloor AC350 is used in the following cases:
Repairing and restructuring floor surfaces damaged by aggressive attack, impact or mechanical abrasion, etc. during use.
Re-leveling floor surfaces before laying PVC vinyl tiles, carpet or other specialized coverings on top.
For concrete floors in areas with light to medium loads such as factory floors, laboratories, cleanrooms, hospitals, parking lots, swimming pool bottoms, water tanks, etc.

Application instruction
Surface preparation:
The concrete floor surface must reach a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 MPa, and must suit the actual service loads.
Poorly bonded patches or weak concrete surfaces must be completely removed by mechanical means.
Oil and grease stains, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned by the proper method.
Smooth surfaces must be suitably roughened before application.
Mixing:
Put component A into a clean container of suitable capacity and slowly add component B while continuously stirring (stirring speed about 400 ÷ 500 rpm) for about 05 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps.
Let the mixture stand for about 03 ÷ 05 minutes, then re-mix before application.
Application:
Apply a BestBond EP759 bonding coat (see the product's instructions) onto the surface prepared as described above.
When the BestBond EP759 bonding coat turns transparent but is still wet, apply the BestFloor AC350 mortar layer on top. Pour continuously in strips 200 ÷ 300 mm wide, and use a notched trowel to spread the BestFloor AC350 mixture evenly to the required thickness, maximum 5 mm/layer.
Use a spiked roller to assist leveling and de-aerating the material layer.
Notes:
Use a mixer at a suitable speed; do not mix by hand, to ensure the required homogeneity.
If the BestBond EP759 bonding coat is not used, the concrete surface must be saturated with water (no longer absorbing water) before applying BestFloor AC350 to avoid de-aeration that pinholes the material surface.
To achieve the highest mechanical properties, the product after application must be cured according to the proper procedure, like other cement-based products. Minimize evaporative water loss using available materials such as water-soaked hessian, plastic sheeting, or curing compounds BestCure AC015 or BestCure SS015.
Cleaning:
Clean tools with water after application and before the material cures.
Safety guidance:
BestFloor AC350 may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact. Wear a mask, gloves and safety goggles when using the product.
If splashed into the eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
