BestFloor AC350

Surface preparation:

• The concrete surface and floor must have a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 MPa and must be suitable for the actual use load. Adhesive plaques or weak concrete surfaces must be completely removed by mechanical means. Oil and grease stains must be thoroughly and properly cleaned. Smooth surfaces must be properly roughened before application.
  

Mixing:

• Pour part A into a fresh tank and then pour slowly part B into the tank with the right ratio while the paddle is stirring continuously (speed about 400÷ 500 rounds/ min) within the time about 05 mins until a lump is free and the homogeneous is obtained.
• Keep the mixture for about 03 ÷ 05 minutes, then mix again before applying.
  

Application:

• Apply the BestFloor AC350 screed to the surface when the BestBond EP759 bonding layer turns transparent but is still wet. Pour continuously in beds with a width of 200 ÷ 300 mm, using a serrated rake to spread the BestFloor AC350 mixture evenly on the surface according to the required thickness with a maximum thickness of 5 mm/layer.
• Use spike rollers to aid in leveling and air release of the layer of material.

Notice:  

• The allowable application time of the material is about 30 minutes from the time of mixing. In case of not using the BestBond EP759 bonding layer, the concrete surface must be saturated with water (no longer able to absorb water) before applying BestFloor AC350 to avoid air leakage causing perforation of the material surface.  
  

Curing:

• After 72h from the time of application, the substrate can be cured by BestCure AC015 or BestCure SS015.
  

Health and safety:

• BestFloor AC350 is alkaline, so it can cause allergies to sensitive skin with long exposure. Gloves, masks, and safety glasses should be worn when working with the product.
• If the product gets into eyes, nose, or mouth, should immediately wash with clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
  

• Components are accurately quantified and are available at the factory, so they are easy to use, minimizing risks during construction.
• Good flexibility, and high self-leveling ability, make it easy to construct.
• Limit shrinkage, and surface cracks during curing.
• Fast and high development intensity, quick to put the works into use.
• Enhance anti-wear, anti-oil, anti-contamination, anti-moisture, and waterproof for the substrate surface, and floor.
• Increase the aesthetic value of the work.
• Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and does not contain Cl that corrodes reinforcement.
• Suitable for climate conditions in Vietnam

Chuẩn bị bề mặt:

• Bề mặt bê tông nền, sàn phải đạt cường độ nén tối thiểu 20 MPa, cường độ kéo tối thiểu 1.5 MPa và phải phù hợp với tải trọng sử dụng thực tế. Các mảng bám dính hoặc bề mặt bê tông có cường độ yếu cần phải loại bỏ hoàn toàn bằng các biện pháp cơ học. Các vết dầu, mỡ phải được tẩy rửa triệt để, đúng phương pháp. Các bề mặt trơn láng phải làm nhám thích hợp trước khi thi công. 
  

Trộn:

• Cho thành phần A vào một thùng sạch, có dung tích thích hợp và cho từ từ thành phần B vào trong lúc cánh khuấy liên tục khuấy đều (tốc độ khuấy khỏang 400÷ 500 vòng/phút) trong thời gian khoảng 05 phút cho đến khi hỗn hợp đồng nhất, không còn vón cục.
• Để hỗn hợp khoảng 03 ÷ 05 phút, rồi trộn lại trước khi thi công.

Thi công:

• Thi công lớp kết nối BestBond EP759 (xem tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm) lên bề mặt đã được chuẩn bị như ở phần trên. Thi công lớp vữa BestFloor AC350 lên bề mặt khi lớp kết nối BestBond EP759 chuyển sang trong suốt nhưng vẫn còn ướt. Đổ liên tục theo luống với bề rộng 200 ÷ 300 mm, dùng bàn cào răng cưa dàn đều hỗn hợp BestFloor AC350 lên bề mặt theo độ dày yêu cầu với độ dày tối đa 5 mm/lớp.
• Sử dụng ru-lô gai để hỗ trợ việc san phẳng và thoát khí của lớp vật liệu.
  

Chú ý:

• Thời gian cho phép thi công của vật liệu khoảng 30 phút kể từ lúc trộn. Trong trường hợp không sử dụng lớp kết nối BestBond EP759 thì bề mặt bê tông phải đảm bảo được bảo hòa nước (không còn hút nước được nữa) trước khi thi công BestFloor AC350 nhằm tránh hiện tượng thoát khí làm thủng bề mặt vật liệu.
  
  

Bảo dưỡng:

• Sau 72 giờ kể từ lúc thi công, có thể bảo dưỡng bằng hợp chất bảo dưỡng chuyên dụng như BestCure AC015 hoặc BestCure SS015. 
  

An toàn:

• BestFloor AC350 có tính kiềm nên có thể gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu. Nên mang găng tay, khẩu trang, kính bảo hộ lao động khi thi công sản phẩm.
• Nếu sản phẩm bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, nên rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
