Applications

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
New surfaces:
Allow the substrate to cure for at least 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature of 25°C–30°C, relative humidity below 75%). Surface moisture must be below 16% (measured using a suitable moisture meter). Remove all dust, grease, cement laitance, chalking, and other contaminants using appropriate equipment, and ensure the surface is clean.
For a smooth finish, apply 2 coats of Waso 125 exterior-grade wall putty.Old surfaces:
Clean the surface and remove dust and any loose or peeling old paint. Treat areas affected by algae or mold with appropriate chemicals. Wash the surface if necessary and allow it to dry completely. Surface moisture must be below 16% (measured using a suitable device).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Coating system:
One coat of BestPrimer SA504 + Two (or three) coats of BestCoat PA220.Mixing:
The product is pre-mixed; stir thoroughly before use.Application:
If dilution is required, add up to a maximum of 5% clean fresh water.
Apply using a brush, roller, or conventional spray equipment.
CLEANING:
Clean tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use and before the material cures.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
The product may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin upon prolonged contact. It is recommended to wear a mask, gloves, and safety goggles during use.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility.
