Applications
BestCoat EP716 is used for surface protection coatings with special requirements such as:
Flooring in chemical industrial workshops, chemical storage facilities, pharmaceutical and food processing plants, electronics assembly plants, garages, etc.
Equipment and tanks requiring high abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, or meeting high food safety and hygiene standards.
BestCoat EP716 can be applied directly to metal, concrete, cementitious plaster, fiber cement panels, epoxy mortar, wood, etc.

Application instruction
CHUẨN BỊ BỀ MẶT:
Đối với bề mặt bê tông: Cường độ nén: ≥ 20 MPa, cường độ kéo: ≥ 1.5 MPa. Bề mặt phải bằng phẳng, đặc chắc, khô ráo (độ ẩm tối đa là 4%), các tạp chất, mảnh vỡ, bụi bẩn phải được vệ sinh đúng yêu cầu.
Đối với bề mặt kim loại: phải sạch rỉ sét, dầu mỡ hoặc các tạp chất khác như bụi, nước…
QUY TRÌNH THI CÔNG:
Hệ thống phủ:
Đối với bề mặt bê tông, vữa tô, đá tự nhiên, đá nhân tạo:
01 Lớp BestPrimer gốc epoxy hoặc polyurethane phù hợp: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/lớp (Tùy điều kiện bề mặt).
02 lớp phủ BestCoat EP716: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/lớp (Tùy điều kiện bề mặt).
Đối với bề mặt kim loại:
02 lớp phủ BestCoat EP716: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/lớp.
Trộn:
Cho thành phần B vào thành phần A theo đúng tỷ lệ quy định. Dùng cần trộn điện hoặc máy trộn chuyên ̣dụng (tốc độ 300 tới 500 vòng/phút) trộn vật liệu trong thời gian khoảng 3 phút hoặc lâu hơn cho đến khi hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Để vật liệu khoảng 02 phút và trộn lại trước khi thi công.
Thi công:
Có thể thi công bằng cọ quét, ru-lô lông ngắn hoặc vòi phun áp lực.
Lưu ý:
Khi thi công lớp thứ hai trở đi, nếu thời gian chờ của lớp trước đã quá thời gian chờ tối đa thì phải làm nhám bề mặt bằng các biện pháp cơ học.
VỆ SINH:
Dùng BestThinner SC-01 làm sạch dụng cụ ngay sau khi thi công và trước khi hỗn hợp bắt đầu đóng rắn.
AN TOÀN:
Cả hai thành phần thuộc loại nguy hiểm, dễ cháy, nên tránh xa các nguồn phát sinh nhiệt, tia lửa điện hoặc ngọn lửa khi thi công hoặc lưu trữ sản phẩm.
Sản phẩm có thể gây dị ứng với da đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu. Nên mang găng tay, khẩu trang, kính bảo hộ lao động khi thi công sản phẩm.
Trong trường hợp bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng … nên rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
Đổ bỏ sản phẩm dư thừa đúng nơi quy định của địa phương.
