BestCoat EP710 is used as a surface coating for concrete or metal floors requiring premium performance, such as:

For concrete substrates, the minimum compressive strength must be ≥ 20 MPa and tensile strength ≥ 1.5 MPa. The substrate must be level, sound, and dry (maximum moisture content 4%).
Cracks and defective areas must be repaired in accordance with proper procedures. All contaminants, debris, dust, oil, grease, etc must be completely removed and cleaned by BestThinner SC01.

One coat of BestPrimer EP701, BestPrimer EP702 or BestPrimer EP703 depending on substrate moisture condition.
One self-leveling coat of BestCoat EP710 at the thickness specified in the design.

Mixing:

Pre-mix Component A thoroughly, then add Component B and mix well; subsequently add Component C (according to the specified mixing ratio) using a mixing paddle or a specialized low-speed mixer (300 ÷ 400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes or longer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Application:

Pour the mixed material onto the corresponding substrate area in parallel strips with a width of 200 ÷ 300 mm, then use an appropriate notched rake to spread the material evenly to the required thickness.
Use a specialized spike roller to assist leveling and eliminate all entrapped air bubbles.

Notes:

When partial mixing is required, Component A must be stirred thoroughly before weighing.
The application area must be free from dust generation and protected from insects throughout the curing period before the material hardens completely.

CLEANING:

Clean tools and equipment with a dry cloth and BestThinner SC01 before the product hardens.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

The product is not classified as hazardous or flammable. However, protective gloves, face mask, and safety goggles should be worn during application.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility.

BestCoat EP710 is a high-strength, self-leveling epoxy coating with excellent chemical resistance and water resistance, forming a textured anti-slip surface, making it highly suitable for areas frequently exposed to wet conditions.
BestCoat EP710 is formulated from epoxy resin and curing agent, silicate minerals for hardness reinforcement, and specialized chemical additives to provide the floor surface with optimal flatness, surface texture, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and load-bearing performance.
