Application instruction
Surface preparation
If the substrate is concrete, the required compressive strength is ≥ 20 MPa and the tensile strength is ≥ 1.5 MPa.
The floor surface must be flat, dense, sound, and dry, with a maximum moisture content of 4%.
Cracks and defective areas must be treated, repaired, and patched according to the proper procedure.
Impurities, debris, dust, and grease must be completely removed.
Coating system
One primer coat of BestPrimer EP702AS or BestPrimer EP703AS suitable for the moisture content of the substrate.
One self-leveling coat of BestCoat EP707AS at the thickness required by the design.
Mixing
Add Component B into Component A at the specified ratio.
Use an electric mixing paddle or a specialized mixer at a speed of 300-400 rpm.
Mix the material for about 3 minutes or longer until the mixture is homogeneous.
When dividing into smaller portions, Component A must be stirred thoroughly before weighing.
Application
Pour the mixed material onto the corresponding surface area in parallel strips 200-300 mm wide.
Use a suitable notched trowel to spread the material evenly to the required thickness.
Use a specialized spiked roller to assist with self-leveling and to remove air bubbles.
The application area must be kept free from dust and protected against insects throughout the time the mixture has not yet cured.
Cleaning
Use a dry cloth and BestThinner SC01 to clean before the product cures.
Safety
The product may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin upon prolonged contact.
Wear a mask, gloves, and safety goggles when using the product.
If the product comes into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately several times with clean water and go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.
Avoid contact with food and household items.
Keep out of reach of children.
Dispose of excess product in accordance with local regulations.
