BestCoat EP704

Coating system: 

• For concrete, cement mortar, natural stone, synthetic stone surface:           

          - 01 layer of BestPrimer EP601: 0.10-0.25 kg/m2 /layer. 

          - 02 coating layer of BestCoat EP704: 0.10-0.25 kg/m2/layer.

• For metal surface: 
  

         - 02 coating layer of BestCoat EP704: 0.10-0.25 kg/m2/layer.

Surface conditions:

• Concrete surface: Compressive strength:  ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength:  ≥ 1.5 MPa. Surface should be flat, solid, steady, dry (moisture content ≤ 4%). Impurities, broken pieces, dust should be cleaned as required.
  
• Metal surface: should be free from rust, oil or impurities such as dust, water...
  

Mixing:

• A and B is mixed under the right ratio by speed at speed of 300 ÷ 500 rpm. Minimum mixing duration should not be less than 03 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity. Take the mixtures about 10÷15 minutes then stirring again before application.
  

Note:

• Do not use mixtures that is out of working time.
  

Cleaning:

• Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean tools after applying and before hardening.
  

Safety:

• Both two components are hazardous, flammable, therefore, should place away from heat or fire during the application and storage. This product can cause allergic to skin, therefore should be prevented from directly skin contact. Should wear gloves, masks and glasses while handling the product.
  
• In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

For concrete surfaces: Compressive strength ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1.5 MPa. The surface must be flat, solid, and dry (maximum moisture content is 4%). Impurities, debris, dust, etc., must be cleaned properly.

For metal surfaces: Must be free of rust, grease, or other contaminants such as dust, water, etc.

Coating System:

For concrete, plaster, natural stone, and artificial stone surfaces:

01 layer of BestPrimer EP701: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/layer (depending on surface conditions).

02 layers of BestCoat EP704: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/layer (depending on surface conditions).

For metal surfaces:

02 coats of BestCoat EP704: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/coat.

MIXING:

Before application, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio using a slow-speed stirrer (300-500 rpm). The minimum mixing time is 3 minutes, or longer until the mixture reaches the required homogeneity. Let the mixture soak for 10-15 minutes, then stir again before application.

Note:

When dividing the paint into smaller portions, stir component A thoroughly before weighing.

Do not use paint that has exceeded its working time and has begun to harden.

CLEANING:

Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean tools immediately after application and before the mixture begins to harden.

SAFETY:

Both components are hazardous and flammable; keep away from heat sources, sparks, or open flames during application or storage.

The product may cause allergic reactions in sensitive skin with prolonged contact. Wear gloves, a face mask, and safety glasses when applying the product.

In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth, etc., rinse immediately with plenty of clean water before seeking immediate medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility. Dispose of excess product in accordance with local regulations.
