SURFACE PREPARATION:

If the substrate is concrete, the compressive strength must be ≥ 20 MPa and the tensile strength must be ≥ 1.5 MPa. The substrate surface must be level, dense, sound, and dry (maximum surface moisture content 4%).
Cracks and defective areas must be properly treated, repaired, and patched in accordance with the correct procedure. All impurities, debris, dust, grease, oil, etc. must be completely removed.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Coating system:

• One primer coat of BestPrimer PU40S or BestPrimer EP601, BestPrimer EP602, BestPrimer EP603, selected according to the substrate moisture condition.
  One self-leveling coat of BestCoat EP609 with the thickness as required by the design.

Mixing:

• Pre-mix Component A thoroughly, then add Component B and mix well; subsequently add Component C (according to the specified mixing ratio) using a mixing paddle or a specialized low-speed mixer (300 ÷ 400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes or longer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Application:

• Pour the mixed material onto the corresponding substrate area in parallel strips with a width of 200 ÷ 300 mm, then use an appropriate notched rake to spread the material evenly to the required thickness.
  Use a specialized spike roller to assist leveling and eliminate all entrapped air bubbles.

Notes:

• When partial mixing is required, Component A must be stirred thoroughly before weighing.
  The application area must be free from dust generation and protected from insects throughout the curing period before the material hardens completely.

CLEANING:

• Clean tools and equipment with a dry cloth and BestThinner SC01 before the product hardens.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• The product is not classified as hazardous or flammable. However, protective gloves, face mask, and safety goggles should be worn during application.

• In case of splashing into eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
