Applications
BestCoat EP604 is used for floors, ceilings, walls, partitions, etc., in warehouses, garages, nurseries, clean rooms, industrial production facilities, or any place requiring high resistance to chemicals, abrasion, dust, and bacteria.

Application instruction
Coating system:
For concrete, cement mortar, natural stone, synthetic stone surface:
01 layer of BestPrimer EP601: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/layer (depend on surface condition).
02 coating layer of BestCoat EP604: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/layer (depend on surface condition).
For metal surface:
02 coating layer of BestCoat EP604: 0.10-0.25 kg/m²/layer.
Surface conditions:
Concrete surface: Compressive strength: ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength: ≥ 1.5 MPa. Surface should be flat, solid, steady, dry (moisture content ≤ 4%). Impurities, broken pieces, dust should be cleaned as required.
Metal surface: should be free from rust, oil or impurities such as dust, water…
Mixing:
Before applying, two components A and B should be properly mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300 ÷ 500 rpm).
Minimum mixing duration should not be less than 03 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity.
Take the mixtures about 10÷15 minutes then stirring again before application.
Application:
Apply by roller, brush or air-less sprayer.
Notes: Do not use mixtures over time to apply and get hardening.
Cleaning:
Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean equipment immediately after the execution and before the mixture’s hardening.
Safety:
Both two components are hazardous, flammable, therefore, should place away from heat or fire during the application and storage.
This product can cause allergic to skin, therefore should be prevented from directly skin contact. Should wear gloves, masks and glasses while handling the product.
In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
