Application instruction
Surface preparation:
For concrete surfaces: compressive strength ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1.5 MPa. The surface must be flat, dense, dry (maximum moisture 4%); impurities, debris and dust must be cleaned as required.
For metal surfaces: must be free of rust, oil, grease or other impurities such as dust and water, etc.
Coating system:
For concrete, render, natural stone and artificial stone surfaces:
01 coat of BestPrimer EP601: 0.10 – 0.25 kg/m²/coat (depending on surface condition).
02 coats of BestCoat EP604: 0.10 – 0.25 kg/m²/coat (depending on surface condition).
For metal surfaces:
02 coats of BestCoat EP604: 0.10 – 0.25 kg/m²/coat.
Mixing:
Add component B into component A at the specified ratio. Use an electric mixer or a dedicated mixing machine (300 to 500 rpm) to mix the material for about 3 minutes or longer until the mixture is homogeneous. Let the mixture stand for about 10 ÷ 15 minutes, then stir again before application.
Application:
Can be applied with a brush, short-nap roller or pressure spray gun.
Notes:
When subdividing into smaller portions, stir component A well before weighing.
Do not use paint that has exceeded its workable time and has started to cure.
Cleaning:
Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean tools immediately after application and before the mixture starts to cure.
Safety guidance:
Both components are hazardous and flammable; keep away from heat sources, electric sparks or open flames during application or storage.
The product may cause irritation to sensitive skin on prolonged contact. Wear gloves, a mask and safety goggles when applying the product.
