BestClean RR112

Surface cleaning:

• Preliminary cleaning of steel if the steel surface is dirty, grease and heavy layers easily peel off (if have)
  

Application:

• Use a brush, or sprayer to spray on the surface to be treated, or you can soak iron and steel directly into BestClean RR112 for 15-30 minutes. The following layer should be applied 5-20 minutes away from the previous layer.
  
• After 3 hours from application, you can rinse the surface with clean water and pour concrete or use steel as usual.
  
• Note: Shake the product well before use. Should be applied in dry conditions, and avoid contact with water. Do not dilute the product with water. During the application process, if the steel surface is contacted with water, white particles will be attached to the steel, but that does not affect the steel's properties.
  

  Cleaning, safety:

• The product may cause allergies to sensitive skin by prolonged contact. Should wear gloves, masks, and safety glasses when using the product. In case of getting into eyes, nose, mouth, ... should wash immediately with clean water several times before going to the nearest medical authority for timely and proper treatment. ​

• The ability to remove steel rust to level C (scale rust) according to TCVN 8790: 2011.
• One component, easy to use, minimizes the risk during application.
• Do not affect the adhesion strength between concrete or new materials on steel.
• Does not cause corrosion of steel.

Vệ sinh bề mặt:

• Vệ sinh thép sơ bộ nếu bề mặt thép dính bẩn, dầu mỡ và các lớp rỉ nặn dễ bong tróc nếu có. 
  

Thi công:

• Dùng chổi quét, bình phun xịt lên bề mặt cần xử lý, hoặc có thể ngâm trực tiếp sắt thép vào sản phẩm tử 15 - 30 phút. Lớp sau thi công cách lớp trước từ 5 - 20 phút. 
  
• Sau 3 giờ kể từ khi thi công có thể tiến hành xịt rửa lại bề mặt bằng nước sạch và đổ bê tông hoặc sử dụng thép như bình thường..
  
• Lưu ý: Lắc đều sản phẩm trước khi sử dụng. Nên thi công trong điều kiện khô ráo, tránh tiếp xúc với nước. Không được
  pha loãng sản phẩm với nước. Trong quá trình thi công nếu bề mặt thép bị tiếp xúc với nước thì sẽ sinh ra các hạt màu trắng bám lên thép nhưng điều đó không gây ảnh hưởng đến tính chất của thép. 
  

 Vệ sinh, an toàn:

• Vệ sinh thiết bị và dụng cụ bằng nước sạch ngay sau khi thi công. Sản phẩm có thể gây dị ứng đối với da mẫn cảm khi tiếp xúc lâu. Nên mang găng tay, khẩu trang, kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng sản phẩm. Trong trường hợp bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng, ... nên rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần trước khi đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
