Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Floor and wall surfaces before application must be properly leveled and cleaned using suitable methods. In particular, if the surface is contaminated with oil, grease, lubricant… it must be thoroughly treated before applying BestBond SA101.
The surfaces of the sheet materials to be bonded must be clean and free from dust.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application:
Use a roller, brush, or spray nozzle to apply an even coat of BestBond SA101 onto the substrate surface, then allow the adhesive layer to become surface-dry and transparent for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Proceed to install the sheet materials onto the surfaces coated with BestBond SA101 as described above.
Depending on the bonding application, BestBond SA101 may be applied onto the sheet material surface, the substrate surface, or both surfaces.
Note:
The allowable installation time after applying BestBond SA101 is within 24 hours at temperatures of 10 ÷ 35°C, provided that the adhesive surface remains free from dust contamination.
Do not add any other materials into BestBond SA101 during use.
CLEANING:
Clean tools and application equipment immediately after completion using clean water and soap.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
The product is non-toxic and non-hazardous. However, due to its alkaline nature, BestBond SA101 may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin after prolonged contact. Gloves, masks, safety goggles… should be worn during application.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth… rinse immediately several times with clean water before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
