BestBond SA100 is a one-component, pre-mixed, improved co-polymer compound specially designed to enhance adhesion for silicate-based materials. It requires only a thin coat to be applied onto the substrate surface before subsequent materials are installed. BestBond SA100 complies with TCVN 7899-1:2008.

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The floor and wall surfaces before application must be cleaned properly; laitance, dust, moss, mold… must be completely removed by suitable methods. In particular, if the surface is contaminated with oil, grease, lubricant… it must be thoroughly treated before applying BestBond SA100.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application:
Use a roller (or brush, spray nozzle) to apply one even coat of BestBond SA100 over the structural surface, allow the adhesive layer to dry (the adhesive becomes transparent) for a minimum of 180 minutes (depending on site environmental conditions) before applying subsequent material layers.
Note: The suitable period for applying subsequent material layers after BestBond SA100 is within 48 hours at temperatures of 10 ÷ 35°C, provided that the BestBond SA100 surface remains free from dust contamination.
Do not add any other materials into BestBond SA100 during use. Stir the product well before application.
CLEANING:
Clean tools and application equipment immediately after completion using clean water and soap.
SAFETY:
BestBond SA100 is non-toxic and non-hazardous. However, due to its alkaline nature, it may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin after prolonged contact.
Gloves, masks, safety goggles… should be worn during application.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, mouth… rinse immediately several times with clean water before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
