BestBond EP8000 is a multipurpose, high-strength, fast-curing, two-component epoxy mortar, combining pure epoxy resin with specially selected silicate minerals to create superior physical, chemical, and mechanical properties.

Composition

  • Component A: Epoxy resin, mineral aggregate, additives.
    Component B: Amine hardener, mineral aggregate, additives.

Appearance

  • Component A: Ivory-white paste.

  • Component B: Dark-brown paste.

  • A+B mixture: Grayish-white paste, turning dark gray after curing.

Mixing ratio

A:B = 2.5 : 1 (by weight)

1.65 ± 0.05 kg/litre (25°C)

Applications

Suitable for materials such as: concrete, natural stone, artificial stone, masonry and rendering mortar, silicate brick, steel, etc., for the following purposes:

  • Repairing and patching cracks, honeycombing, salt-induced erosion, etc.
    Bonding materials together such as: assembling concrete, natural stone, and artificial stone, anchoring bolts and steel into concrete, stone, and other high-strength materials.
