  • Simple application, highly effective performance.

  • Excellent adhesion to all material surfaces.

  • High chemical resistance and mechanical abrasion resistance.

  • Rapid strength development, no shrinkage during curing.

Application instruction

SURFACE PREPARATION:

  • The bonding surface must be sound and solid; laitance, loose particles, and excess cement mortar must be chipped off. Grease, moss, mold, mud, dirt... must be properly cleaned to ensure complete removal.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Mixing:

  • Before application, Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio using an electric mixer or pneumatic mixing paddle operating at 300 - 400 rpm.
Minimum mixing time is 03 minutes, but mixing may continue longer until the required uniform consistency is achieved.

Application:

  • Use a notched trowel or other suitable tools to spread evenly over the entire bonding surface, then firmly press the materials to be bonded into place, using a rubber mallet to adjust the proper position and level.

  • For vertical surfaces or ceiling undersides, and where the bonded material has a large weight per unit of contact area, suitable supporting measures must be provided after bonding to hold the material in position for an appropriate period until the adhesive has cured.

Note: Do not use mixed material that has exceeded its allowable working time.

CLEANING:

  • Use BestThinner SC-01 or a suitable solvent to clean tools immediately after use and before the mixture begins to cure. Then wash again with clean water and soap.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Both components are non-hazardous and non-flammable. However, they may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skin.

  • Gloves, masks, and safety goggles must be worn during application.

  • In case of contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately several times with clean water before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
