A two-component, low-viscosity, high-strength epoxy adhesive

  • BestBond EP750MW is a two-component, low-viscosity, high-strength epoxy adhesive that is exceptionally smooth and hard even in humid environments.

  • BestBond EP750MW combines epoxy resin with specialized additives to bond cracked and torn structural concrete, restoring the structure's original load-bearing capacity.

  • With its low viscosity, the material easily penetrates deep into and fills small cracks, creating a strong bond and completely restoring the structure's original load-bearing capacity.

Application instruction

SURFACE PREPARATION:

  • The crack surfaces must be clean and free from loose contaminants.

  • Dust, grease, algae, moss, and other impurities must be removed by suitable mechanical preparation methods.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Mixing / Injection Preparation

Use a concrete drilling machine to drill holes (minimum depth 30 mm) for installation of injection ports (one-way valves) at the lowest point of the crack.

Use BestBond EP753 to fix the injection ports and seal the remaining exposed crack surface.

Use an automatic injection gun or specialized high-pressure injection pump to inject the material until the crack is completely filled (material exudes from the highest point of the crack).

BestBond EP750MW will achieve full curing after 07 days from the date of application.

Depending on specific project conditions, other suitable application methods may also be adopted.

Note

Do not use any mixed material that has exceeded its allowable working time.

CLEANING

Use BestThinner SC01 or other suitable solvent to clean tools immediately after use and before the mixture begins to harden.

Then wash again with clean water and soap.
