A two-component, low-viscosity epoxy adhesive
BestBond EP750 is a two-component, low-viscosity epoxy adhesive. The product combines epoxy with specialized additives to bond cracked or torn concrete structures, restoring their original load-bearing capacity.
With its low viscosity, the material easily penetrates deep into and fills small cracks, creating a strong bond and completely restoring the structure's original load-bearing capacity.

Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The crack surfaces must be clean, dry (surface moisture not exceeding 4%), and free from loose contaminants. Dust and weak particles must be removed by suitable mechanical preparation methods.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Mixing:
Before application, Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio using an electric mixer or pneumatic mixing paddle operating at 300 – 400 rpm.
Mixing time should be approximately 2 minutes or longer until a completely homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Application:
Use a concrete drill to drill a hole (minimum depth 30mm) to insert the injection nozzle (one-way valve) at the lowest point of the crack.
Use BestBond EP750 to seal the injection nozzle and the remaining surface of the crack.
Use a self-propelled pump or a specialized high-pressure pump to pump the material until the crack is completely filled (material overflows at the highest point of the crack).
BestBond EP750 will fully cure after 7 days from the date of application.
In addition, other appropriate application methods may be used depending on the specific case.
Note:
Do not use any mixture that has exceeded its allowable application time.
To increase the application time, the two components can be cooled before mixing.
CLEANING:
Use BestThinner SC01 to clean tools immediately after use and before the mixture begins to harden.
Then wash again with clean water and soap.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
The product is flammable; keep away from heat sources and open flames, and ensure good ventilation during application.
The product may cause allergic reactions to sensitive skin after prolonged contact. Protective gloves, masks, and safety goggles should be worn during use.
If the product splashes into eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for prompt and proper treatment.
