Application instruction
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The substrate to be treated must be properly cleaned of oil, grease, dust, algae, mold, and other contaminants using appropriate preparation methods.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application:
Apply one uniform coat of BestBond AC301 onto the substrate using a roller, brush, or pressure spray at an appropriate coverage rate depending on the substrate type and condition.
Allow to dry for approximately 15 – 30 hours depending on the actual ambient application conditions.
Proceed with the application of other coating materials onto the surface treated with BestBond AC301 in accordance with the instructions of each specific material.
Note: Do not add any other materials into BestBond AC301 during use.
CLEANING:
Clean all tools and application equipment immediately after completion using clean water and soap.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
The product is not classified as toxic or hazardous. However, due to the alkaline nature of BestBond AC301, it may cause allergic reactions to sensitive skin after prolonged contact.
Protective gloves, masks, and safety goggles should be worn during application.
In case the product comes into contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water several times and seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility for prompt and proper treatment.
