BestAir LS250

• BestAir LS250 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture or separately to the freshly mixed concrete. 
• When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of BestAir LS250 will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 80 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).
• BestAir LS250 could combine with other concrete admixtures but DO NOT pre-mix the product and additives before adding to a dry concrete mixture. User must be conducted individually for each admixture.

Overdosing: 

• When the dosage is exceeded, it will significantly increase the content of air bubbles, reducing the compressive strength of the concrete (depending on the amount of overdose for each specific concrete mix and the weather during construction as well.) 

Caution: ​

• Trial test is required to select an optimal dosage for each purpose.
• Use appropriate mixers, do not mix by hand.
• Do not use the product that is working time over. 

Health and Safety:

• BestAir LS250 is an alkalinity agent. It could have an allergy to sensitive skin if they contact for a long time.
• PPEs must be worn when applying.
• If eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and go to medical attention immediately. 
• Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Keep out of reach of the children.
  

• Greatly improved stability of air entrainment.
• Controllable the concentration of air as desired.
• Enhancing the setting time, working time, being able to transport for a long way.
• Reducing the cement: water ratio, and improving concrete strength.
• Good at resistance to damage from cyclic freezing and thawing.
• Improved plasticity and workability. Reduced segregation and bleeding.
• Improve the surface appearance. Do not crack, and do not shrinkage.
• Suitability for climate conditions in Viet Nam

• Có thể cho BestAir LS250 trực tiếp vào nước đã được định lượng trước khi cho vào hỗn hợp bê tông khô hoặc trộn đồng thời với nước khi cho vào bê tông.
• Khi cho trực tiếp vào bê tông đã trộn trước với nước, hiệu năng cuốn khí sẽ tăng cao rõ rệt và thời gian trộn thêm tối thiểu phải đạt 80 vòng quay của bồn trộn.
  
• Không trộn BestAir LS250 với các loại phụ gia khác trước khi cho vào bê tông, nên tiến hành định lượng riêng lẻ cho từng loại phụ gia.
  

Sự cố khi sử dụng quá liều:

• Khi dùng quá hàm lượng cho phép sẽ dẫn đến việc gia tăng đáng kể hàm lượng bọt khí, làm giảm cường độ nén của bê tông (tùy thuộc vào mức độ quá liều lượng đối với từng cấp phối bê tông cụ thể và thời tiết lúc thi công).

Chú ý:

• TCần thử nghiệm cấp phối cụ để xác định hàm lượng tối ưu cho từng mục đích sử dụng với yêu cầu hàm lượng bọt khí cụ thể.
  
• Sử dụng các loại máy trộn thích hợp, không nên trộn bằng tay để đảm bảo độ đồng nhất.
  
• Không nên sử dụng sản phẩm khi đã hết thời gian sử dụng.

An toàn:

• BestAir LS250 có tính kiềm, có thể gây dị ứng đối với da. Không nên tiếp xúc lâu với sản phẩm.
• Nên trang bị bảo hộ lao động khi sử dụng, thi công.
• Tránh tiếp xúc trực tiếp với thực phẩm, vật dụng sinh hoạt, tránh xa tầm với trẻ em.
  
• Nếu sản phẩm bị rơi vào mắt, mũi, miệng phải rửa ngay bằng nước sạch nhiều lần và tìm đến cơ quan y tế nơi gần nhất để được điều trị kịp thời và đúng phương pháp.
