The Elevation Northcote project in Auckland has been a special challenge for Bestmix entering the New Zealand market — one known for its rigorous building standards. Working alongside TLC Modular, Bestmix is now in the final sprint to complete the last work packages of the development.

Materials Certified to New Zealand Standards
Throughout the project, Bestmix has reliably supplied products for key work packages — BestSeal AC408 Premium waterproofing, BestBond EP751 epoxy adhesive, BestGrout EP755 grout and specialised repair mortars — all meeting New Zealand standards, delivered to the TLC Modular factory and the Auckland site.

A Special Air-Freight Shipment
To keep the accelerated construction schedule on track, last week Bestmix arranged a special air-freight shipment, delivering materials to TLC Modular NZ just in time for the final finishing works. The project is now in its completion phase, preparing to receive its CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) and be handed over to the client.

A Landmark in the Southern Hemisphere
This is a special project not only for Bestmix but for New Zealand itself: the country’s first large-scale modular apartment development and the largest modular housing project in the Southern Hemisphere (Source: The New Zealand Herald). Having Bestmix materials trusted on a pioneering development like Elevation Northcote further affirms the Vietnamese brand’s capability on international projects.
